SPINAL REALIGNMENT & REJUVENATION WITH DR YI ZHENGDr Yi Zheng straightens, fixes and heals the spinal column. Damage, or even operated areas, can quickly be put back in place and repaired during his treatments (called spinal corrections). He realigns and regenerates the spine in a way that is not available in western medicine.
Notes: Dr Yi Zheng will inspect xrays and give a full diagnosis before commencing work. Clients are advised to bring x-rays with them, if possible. In cases where there are defects from birth, this x-ray analysis is crucial. Clients will need to spend the first three days lying straight on their backs in bed, whilst the spine is realigned and regenerated. You will also need to take extra care for 100 days after treatment to ensure that you do not damage your spine during this essential time. Dr Zheng cannot treat women during menstruation, so it is necessary to plan suitable dates for your trip.

thE sPInE rEJUVEnAtIon ProGrAMME - 10 DAYs
DAY 1When you arrive at Hong Kong airport, a mini van will be waiting to take you to the OCT International Hotel (approx. 2 hour drive depending on how long it takes you to go through customs). When you arrive at your hotel, you will visit the spa and have lunch. Then you will have an introduction to the programme and meet Dr. Zheng and other members of the team. This will be followed by a spine x-ray and diagnosis. The first treatment will be the spine correction treatment and magnetic meridian massage followed by a facial treatment.
DAY 2 - 3Breakfast followed by second spinal correction treatment. Magnetic meridian energy treatment, then a face treatment. After this treatment you will need to lie still on your back with a protection belt. Lunch will be at 3.30pm in your room. Later in the afternoon, you will have an energy treatment.
DAY 4 - 6Breakfast, followed by a herbal compression on the stomach and back and a deep detoxifying cupping treatment. Lunch will be served in the room. Facial treatment; energy treatment. During the day, you will be required to walk for hour - twice. You should avoid stairs, especially going down.
DAY 7- 9Breakfast, then a check up on the progress of your spine treatment with extra correction if necessary. There will also be a check up to see the progress of your energy flow and the overall condition of your health. You will have an acupressure treatment which will specifically focus on your face, head, shoulders, hands, stomach, legs and feet. Then a face treatment will follow. Lunch will be in your room. An afternoon energy treatment will follow if recommended by the doctor,
DAY 10You will have an individual consultation with Dr. Zheng with advice and recommendations on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle and protect your spine. Guidance may cover sleep, a healthy diet, exercise, and correct posture. You will also be given the paperwork connected with your treatment.
Your 10-day programme will include:
• Organised trips in different locations within the complex, a visit to The Shanzou Tea Garden, a visit to the theatre, the Buddhist Temple and a balloon flight.
• The programme is a minimum of 10 days. According to the doctor’s advice you may need to stay an extra five days.
• We are constantly improving and upgrading the programme so there may be alterations to the published programme.

The SPINE REJUVENATION PROGRAMME is held in a 5 Star luxury ecological resort covering 9km2 in Southern China. The Interlaken OCT Hotel, Shenzhen, is set in a valley surrounded by mountains with wonderful nature and pure fresh air. It combines a traditional Swiss design with uniquely Chinese culture, including bamboo plantations, a Buddhist

Costs
• Promotional price for the 10 day programme is 12,500 Euros for 10 days and 17,900 for 15 days. This price is valid until 30th June. E Rejuvenation Centre reserves the right to change the price at the end of the promotional period.
• The price includes all treatments, accommodation, food, spa facilities, transfers to and from Hong Kong airport, trips and park tickets. Please note, that flight tickets and visa fees are not included.
• Please note that most nationalities require a visitor visa to enter China. Enquire at your nearest Chinese Embassy or ask your E Rejuvenation representative for information. We recommend you apply for a visa at least two weeks before travel.

When packing, it is recommended that you include:
1. Two pairs of comfortable shoes for walking, e.g trainers, tennis shoes, sandals (flat heels essential).
2. Light, loosely-fitted cotton clothing. For example, casual clothes similar to pyjamas (all your clothes must be comfortable because during your stay, you may be fitted with medical support e.g belt/strap you will have to spend time in your hotel taking bed rest. Pack an extra layer too, as it can be cool when in an Air Conditioned space.
3. Several changes of clothes (laundry facilities are available)

After your treatment it is advised that you do not carry heavy luggage (we suggest a suitcase on wheels) as you will need to protect your back.
