The Urban Leadership Foundation of Colorado will host our 12th graduation on November 08, 2019. We are excited to celebrate thirty talented leaders from the community who are poised and ready to lead in: business, community, politics, philanthropy, non-profit agencies, as well as boards and commissions.

Simply put, ULFC prepares leaders to excel to higher heights and excel professionally, Civically, and Socially. This year the 2019 Fellows will graduate completing two large scale community service projects, having 8 promotions within the program year, and having launched several small businesses.

Since our founding in 2007, the Urban Leadership Foundation of Colorado has successfully graduated nearly 350 leaders, provided over $100,000 in scholarships for program participants, completed 35 community service projects, and has cultivated African American elected officials, CEOs, philanthropic giving organizations, board members, and much more. Our mission is to prepare the next generation of leaders today and to create a pipeline of talented leaders ready to serve, promote, affect change, and work to ensure Colorado’s workforce reflects its communities.
