We are pleased to present the 2020 WASA Western Regional Trade Show. By popular demand, the event will once again be held at the Orleans Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.
WASA’s annual Regional Trade Show provides exhibitors access to the highest demography of dealers in the western states area. The expansion of our associa-tion now includes dealer members from Arizona, Nevada and Utah, as well as all of California!
This show will provide: • Free Admission to Dealers and their staff (just register online at http://wasaonline.org/) • Exhibitor demonstrations, classes, and hands on training • IDEA Testing and Certification

Located off the Strip, the Orleans offers a great event location, with access to gaming, shopping and entertain-ment. The hotel boasts many quality restaurants for leisure dining or quick take-away as well as four enter-tainment venues, a spa, barber shop, a movie theater and bowling! There’s also a free shuttle to take you to locations on the Strip. Rooms are very reasonable at $105.00/night (plus taxes/fees) on Fridays and Saturdays; $49.00/night (plus taxes/fees) Sunday thru Thursdays using event code AWA0C09. Best of all, parking is FREE at the Orleans!

Shipping, Drayage and Unloading Information – Important, Exhibitors Please Read Completely
Shipping and Materials Handling: Shipping is provided by WASA’s contracted decorator, Viper Tradeshow Services. It is advised to not use The Orleans Busi-ness Center.
Their Exhibitor Handbook will give you full details for shipping. We are publishing their material handling rates in advance:
Exhibitor Material handling rate will be $90.00/CWT, with a 200 lbs. minimum. • There will be an additional 30% to the above rate for an over-time Exhibitor • There will be an additional 30% for special handling which in-cludes but is not • Receipt of freight at the advance warehouse and show site and delivery to the exhibitor’s booth. • Storage of empties during the show, return of them at the con-clusion, and placement of the outbound freight on the carrier of choice. • Rates calculated on cwt rounding up to the next hundred. (hundred weight) • A small package rate (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) will apply for all packages that are received by Viper Tradeshow Services and de-livered to the Exhibitor’s booth.
The rate is $70.00 per delivery if less than 75lbs. If the shipment exceeds 75lbs, the above material handling rates will apply as outlined.
Shipping to the Hotel: Please note that all shipping to The Orleans Hotel will be handled by Viper Tradeshow Services. Guidelines and shipping rates will be available in the guide book distributed by Viper to all exhibi-tors.

Use of the Freight Elevator: WASA’s decorator Viper Tradeshow Services, will manage the use of the hotel freight elevator. This is to prevent log jams and to make sure things go in an orderly manner. Depending on the type of assistance service you’ve specified, you may be charged a Cart Service Fee to have your items sent to your booth space. Please see the section entitled “Hand Carry Protocol” that follows for more information about the Cart Service Fee.
Hand Carry Protocol: As a Non-Union General Service Contractor, Viper Tradeshow Services allows exhibitors the freedom to hand carry items in on their own. These exhibitors can do so using the front of house en-trance doors and are free to use any wheels or materials they need to efficiently carry their items. Exhibitors are not limited to a certain number of trips or items that they hand carry. The Exhibi-tor is free to do this without the use of Viper Tradeshow Services material handling equipment. If an exhibitor requires use of equip-ment through Viper Tradeshow Services the Cart Service – POV’s or Material Handling fees would apply.
Important: Exhibitors may use the “back of the house” or loading dock area to unload and hand carry to the Orleans Freight Eleva-tor. Exhibitors taking this option will pay a Cart Service Fee (to Viper) to have a laborer assist them moving their items to the ele-vator and then to their exhibit space. This fee is less than Viper’s standard material handling fee and you would get the extra assis-tance. This Cart Service Fee does not apply if you use the front of the house to hand carry booth items.
Pre-Show and On-Site Services: Joseph M. Kordecki, Director of Sales, West Coast for Viper will be your single point of contact as you prepare for your event. You will also have a Show Coordinator/ Account Executive assigned to your event as well. They will also be on site to manage the suc-cessful move-in and move-out of event and assist in other Show Management and Exhibitors areas as required and requested. Viper’s management team will be located at the Exhibitor Service desk that will be conveniently placed on or near the show floor for easy accessibility.
Freight Elevator Size: The dimensions are 14ft Wide x 10Ft Deep by 8ft Tall. Important: WASA is not responsible for any displays that do not fit into the loading doors, hotel doors, ballroom doors, freight ele-vator or ballroom interior.
