Maximize public communal space inside of court-yard . Also introduce green space in Collingwood site because there has not enough opened green space for relaxing or having outside meal during lunch time.
Use sustainable building materials to reduce polu-tion and harmful chemical. Also introduce new tech-nology for timber structure that can be adapted for high rised building up to 20 - storey.
