NB. Once fee slips are issued a re- placement fee slip will cost $5.00. Students with outstanding accounts may not be allowed to write examinations. HILARY TERM FEES 2017 Please be reminded Hilary Term fees are due on or before December 1, 2017. School fees are paid directly to First Carib-bean Bank by cash or certified checks, using the fee slip issued by the school. The amount is specified and must be paid in FULL. The bank will retain a copy and the payer MUST return one (1) stamped copy (pink) to the School. INTER-HOUSE TRACK & FIELD MEET (GRADES 1 - 12)

Thursday January 4th Grades 1 -12 only at the OLD T.A. Robinson Stadium 8:30–3:00 p.m.

Friday January 5th Grades 1 -12 only at the OLD T.A. Robinson Stadium 8:30–3:00 p.m.

DRESS CODE:

School Uniform OR P.E. Uniform (which includes SAS track suits) OR House Shirts with

PE shorts /long sweat pants / long jeans

No jewelry or other clothing allowed. Sports days are compulsory school days.

ALL SCHOOL RULES WILL BE ENFORCED.

While ALL Parents and guardians are invited to attend, a special request is being made for the parents and guardians of

Grades 1- 3 to accompany their children. There is an Entrance fee of $1.00 for Parents and Guardians. Meet programs will

be issued while supplies last

APPLICATION/ADMISSION PROCEDURE Applications are now being accepted for the 2018-2019 school year. Parents and guardians are urged to:

1. Submit completed Application Form and nonrefundable $50.00 fee along with i. Copy of Birth Certificate (or 1st 4 pages of Passport) i. Passport photograph iii. Transcript from current School (4-10) 2. Write the Admission Test on the following dates: Grade 7: Sat. February 3, 2018 @ 8:30am

Kindergarten, Grades 1-5 & 8: Feb. 26, 2018 @ 9:00 am REMINDERS: Dress Code: Full School Uniform Materials Needed: Pens, pencils, ruler Results may be collected ONE week later from the Office. If successful, you will be offered a seat with the following conditions to be met Completed Confidential Form Signed Parent Declaration Form Completed Medical Form Subject Selection Form Seat Deposit $100.00 (nonrefundable) National Insurance Number
