STAGE 5: CLH Session – Chakra Balancing Techniques

Overview STAGE 5 of a CLH Session involves balancing the 7 primary Chakras through the laying of Crystals. As noted in STAGE 4, balancing of all the 7 Primary Chakras takes place at the Ketheric Template level of resonance of the Merkabah for Healing.

What is a Chakra ? Chakras are energy centers, or vortexes through which energy flows in and out of the body. They open and close like flowers and spin like wheels. Our wheels of light need to spin freely to facilitate homeostasis on all levels. We can clear/unblock/strengthen these vortexes to assist in clearing the subtle bodies and achieve physical, emotional, mental and spiritual harmony. When all chakras are balanced and flowing in harmony, we become the one body of light and strengthen our connection with Source. The two-way flow of energy connects matter with spirit and spirit with matter, thus a spiritual being in a physical body, hence the pathway of Heaven on Earth.

What does a Chakra look like ? A Chakra is a vortex of energy, that takes the shape of an ‘hourglass’ formation. In CLH Level III we discuss the formation of a Chakra in relationship to the Fibonacci spiral of Creation. Through the Chakra, energy is both received and transmitted, thus energy is both spiraling in a clockwise and anti-clockwise formation. The Crown & Base Chakras not only extend in front of and behind the body, but also they extend along the Hara Line (in a simulaneous bi-location of energy). Thus the 7 primary Chakras appear as spinning vortexes of coloured energy. Each Chakra Vortex is present through each of the 7 levels of auric field (Crystalline Matrix), thus there are 7 levels for each of the 7 primary chakras. The colour of the Chakra denotes it's frequency within the Astral Plane. Please refer to CLH Level III for a more detailed understanding of Chakra Colour through frequency. Refer to Diagrams 1, 2 & 3 for an overview of the 7 Primary Chakras and how their vortex wheels of energy extend out from the body through each of the 7 levels of the Crystalline Matrix (auric field).

Relationship of Chakra’s to the Physical Body The following Table 1 outlines the 7 Primary Chakras, their location, what organs they govern and their relationship to the nervous and endocrine systems. The Nervous & Endocrine systems are the regulatory systems of the body and help bring about homeostasis. Dis-ease occurs in the Physical Body when the vibratory frequencies of the Chakra/s (within one or more of the 7 layers) are energetically ill-balanced, stagnant, excessive or mis-aligned in some way. Dis-ease within the Chakra’s maybe prevalent before any Physical Body symptoms prevail or are recognized by the client.

What is the aim of Chakra Balancing ? The aim of Chakra Balancing is to balance each individual Chakra through each of its 7 levels (working from the Ketheric level down through each level), such that:

• Each level within an individual Chakra is flowing freely and in harmony with each of the other levels within an individual Chakra;

• Each Chakra is strengthened so it holds its homeostatic two-way flow of energy with grace and ease;

• Each Chakra is a direct expression of the full potential of Soul Star ‘Spiritual Plane’ frequencies anchored within the Physical Body;

• All 7 Chakras are flowing in full balance & harmony with each other.

It is important to note that a balanced chakra is not a chakra that measures to a set diameter or extends to a set distance from the body; but rather a balanced chakra is a chakra that is functioning optimally with respect to the person at that moment in time, and in relationship to the other chakras/energy centres. Excess chakra energy means that the flow of energy, and possibly the expansive size of the chakra is excessive in relationship to all the other chakras. Deficient chakra energy means that the flow of energy, and possibly the deficient size of the chakra is deficient in relationship to the other chakras/energy centres.

Overview of the 7 Primary Chakras BASE CHAKRA Bases of Spine, Adrenals & Kidneys, Coccygeal Plexus, Adrenals The Base Chakra is located at the base of the spine (near the tail bone) and resonates to the colour RED within the Astral. This Base Chakra relates to our security, safety and having our needs met. It relates to how we feel about money, safety, career, having our physical needs met for clothing and food and how we feel about material possessions. It is vital to have this chakra open, clear & flowing in order to receive ‘Kundalini’ energy down our Hara line as well as up from the Earth. If the chakra is small or clogged or stagnant in resonance we live in fear, and create ‘lack of abundance’ within in our lives.

Conversely, when deficient we stress & worry about all of the above, stifling our creativity and emotional feelings.

It is the center of love and the connection to all that is, the connection to the Universal/Cosmic ONE Heart. This is the chakra of self-acceptance, self-love and the natural act of giving and receiving with all of Creation – giving from a place of LOVE rather than obligation and perceived duty.

When this chakra is balanced a person posses the ability of clairvoyance, telepathy and inner vision… ‘seeing’ potential people, places, events in the future, as well as ‘seeing’ into past and understanding the nature of the present. Gives us access to other worlds and dimensions. The ‘eye’ faces toward you, as the outside world is an illusion and all that is already within you. After this lifetime, you watch a ‘third eye movie’ of your lifetimes including everything you think, feel, do and see as part of your life review to assist you with your evolution (this takes place at the Soul Star level via the Stellar Gateway).

Hand & Feet Chakras These Chakras are located as the name easily depicts, within the palms of the hands and souls of the feet. These chakra’s are conduits of Universal/Cosmic energy to assist with healing (either self, or as a Practitioner) The colour resonances will relate to the issues involved or the colours intentionally being channeled through. The hands relate to our creativity and expression whilst the feet relate to being grounded and our soul path in life. Higher Heart & Sky Star These energy centres are discussed in detail in STAGE 6.

STAGE 5: CLH Session – Chakra Balancing Techniques Step 1: Resonate the Merkabah for Healing at the Ketheric Template Level Step 2: Open, balance & harmonise the Chakras in the Ketheric Template. Use Laser Wand, Pendulum & laying of Crystals - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - The aim of STAGE 5 is to perform a full Chakra Balance of the 7 Primary Chakra’s. STEP 1: Resonate the Merkabah for Healing at the Ketheric Template Resonate the Merkabah for Healing at the Ketheric Template level as per STAGE 4. STEP 2: Open, Balance & Harmonise the Chakras (in Ketheric) Step 2 involves placing crystals over each of the individual Chakras to balance them through each of their 7 energetic levels. STAGES 6 & 7 then discuss more complex grids for advanced Chakra Balancing.

1. Using your Pendulum (refer to Section 5), perform a ‘scan’ of each of the 7 Chakras (Base through to the Crown), to get an overall view of the function of each Chakra.

2. You may also choose to move your hand (or hands) over each Chakra to assist your overall view of your clients Chakras: The things to consider during your Chakra scan are:

• Is the Chakra open or closed; • Is it balanced/excess/deficient in relationship with all the other Chakras; • Is the energy moving freely in the Chakra or is there stagnation; • Which direction is the energy flow in each chakra; • Check for blockages, hot or cold spots, static, energetic debris; • Is the Chakra in balance & harmony on each of its 7 levels.

3. Once you have completed your scan of the 7 Primary Chakras, then select an

individual crystal to place over each Chakra. Refer to Table 2 to help you out during your learning stages, but in practice you would select your crystals intuitively.

4. Now that you have placed a crystal over each of the 7 Chakras, hold your LASER

WAND in your hand and starting at the BASE CHAKRA ‘spiral’ the crystalline energy (from the crystal) into the BASE CHAKRA. Refer to Diagram 4. Your INTENT is to weave the energy from the crystal into each of the 7 levels of the BASE CHAKRA to balance and harmonise the chakra. Just allow yourself to follow your intuition and be guided by the flow of your LASER WAND. You maybe guided to move your LASER WAND clockwise or anti-clockwise as you make larger spirals to expand the energy or smaller spirals to contract the energy of the chakra. The key here is not to ‘think’ too much, but to surrender, allow, and be guided by your intuition. Remember, during STAGE 2 you placed a commanding INTENTION regarding the healing session, so trust that this will be made manifest at all times.

5. Once the BASE CHAKRA is balanced and harmonised, then move up to the SACRAL CHAKRA and repeat 4. Then do the same for the SOLAR PLEXUS, HEART, THROAT, THIRD EYE and CROWN CHAKRAS.

6. Once you have completed all 7 Chakras, you are ready to complete more advanced Gridding in STAGES 6 & 7. It is then during STAGE 8 that all Chakras and Energy Centres are balanced and harmonized as a collective unit together.
