Il parco macchina del reparto lastratura è dotato di isole at-trezzate con robot antropo-morfi per la manipolazione e saldatura a punti e/o proiezio-ne, di robot antropomorfi per la saldatura CO2, di puntatrici fisse fino a 120 KWA e di sal-datrici pensili fino a 36 KWA e di impianto dedicato per saldatura a scarica capacitiva

The steel bodywork department machines is equipped with islands with anthropomorphic robots for handling and wel-ding points and / or projection , of anthropomorphic robots for CO2 welding, spot welding of fixed up to 120 KWA, suspen-ded welder up to 36 KWA and of installation dedicated for ca-pacitor-discharge welding.

In order to ensure continued cu-stomer satisfaction , the quality sy-stem of TECNOMEC SUD is complying since 1997 with the re-quirements of UNI EN ISO 9002 - 1994 from 2000 to the scheme AVSQ ‘94 and from July 2003 to the Technical Specification ISO TS 16949 : 2002 and then release the ISO TS 16949 : 2009

The Environmental Management System of TECNOMEC SUD was complying , in November 2002 , with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 14000-96 - ISO 14001 ; 2004

Nell’ottica di garantire la costante soddisfazione del Cliente, il Siste-ma Qualità della TECNOMEC SUD è risultato conforme dal 1997 ai requisiti delle normati-ve UNI EN ISO9002 – 1994, dal 2000 allo schema AVSQ ‘94 e da luglio 2003 alle Specifiche Tecni-che ISO TS 16949:2002 e poi alla release ISO TS 16949:2009
