We adjust our timings according to her. I make sure I get enough time to play with her,” the actor told Hindustan Times.Meanwhile dad Abhishek Bachchan is wondering about the changing face of his adorable daughter. “Well, this

is weird - I go on a promotional tour, I come back and her face has changed. And I am being

told that for the first year or two, her face is going to keep changing,” the actor had told Bollywoodlife.com.Abhishek wants Aaradhya to look like Aishwarya. “I don’t know how good or bad a thing that is, because I am sure we all want her to look like her mom. I mean looking like this (he points to his face, and laughs) would be a bit scary for a girl,” he told the tabloid.Grandmom Jaya Bachchan recently revealed some interesting nuggets about Beti B: “Aaradhya looks like a bit of Aishwarya and a bit of Abhishek,” she had told BBC.

Jaya also praised Ash’s mommy skills: “Aishwarya is a hands on mom. She is

sometimes overcautious. Aaradhya is not intimidated to faces. She is beautiful. I call her Strawberry because when she was born she reminded me of a strawberry. She is always smiling. Touchwood. Now she’s trying to crawl and it’s special to us.”“Sometimes I tease Aishwarya and I say well Aaradhya is a very lucky girl because can you imagine having a nurse like Miss World Aishwarya! I would also like her(Ash) to start going out but she is absolutely, totally hands down and doesn’t depend on anybody which I think is great.” she added.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper announced the creation of the Priorities and Planning Sub-Committee on

Indian IT companies is among the world’s 10 lowest paying employers, the study conducted by a global recruitment service provider MyHiringClub.com revealed. The study has ranked India at the eighth position with their mid-to-senior level staff getting an average salary of $38,767 (about 21.5 lakh) per annum. The payment by Indian IT firms is less than one-fourth of the IT pay package offered by Swiss firms, the salaries of which are the highest in the world at an average of $168,211 (around 93 lakh) per annum, the study entitled, World Wide IT Salary 2012, said. The study conducted in August 2012,

Trade Between India, U.S. on Track to Cross $100 Billion This YearBilateral trade between India and the U.S. has increased 40

percent in the last three years and is “on track” to cross $100

billion this year, U.S. Consul General Jennifer Mcintyre

said.Mcintyre, while delivering ‘Indira Gandhi Endowment Lecture’, said one of the key drivers in the United States and India’s strategic relationship was “business and trade”. “Our business ties are strong and growing. Bilateral trade between our two countries is up 40 percent since we began our Strategic Dialogue three years ago, and it is on track to exceed, what we hope will be a hundred billion dollars this year,” she said.Noting that the Consulate was focused on facilitating increased opportunities for trade and investment, she said, “Led by our commercial office, the Consulate has opened American Business Corners (ABCs) in Madurai and Coimbatore.” “We plan to open several more across South India this year, including one each in Trivandrum and Kochi next week,” Mcintyre added.ABCs, she said, provide useful information for Indian businesses looking to partner with U.S. companies or expand their market overseas. She said an architectural trade mission would be to Chennai in October as well as people from San Antonio will visit in January.Observing that Chennai ranks among the top 10 visa issuing centre in world and the single largest issuer of

considered the average salaries of the IT professionals with four or more years of experience working in more than 6,000 companies across 40 different countries; comparing the total annual cash compensation and total remuneration information for IT staff; and it found that Western European employers are the best paymasters. The study also showed that compensation given in developed countries focus more on variable factors, like bonus schemes, to attract the staff. On the contrary, in the lower-paying countries, the emphasis is on cash compensation.Since the multi-national

companies highly rely on Indian IT managers, they try to ensure that the pay these Indian employees are getting is competitive, the study observes. “Experienced IT managers are highly sought-after in India and there is strong competition to attract and retain skilled employees,” the study said.“Although pay in Asia and Eastern Europe tends to be much lower, it would be difficult for firms to outsource the IT manager role to these regions. Instead, we may see a migration of IT skills from lower paying nations to places in Western Europe and North America,” stated

MyHiringClub.com CEO Rajesh Kumar. Furthermore, Indian IT companies scored better place in the study compared to those in Bulgaria, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand and Malaysia, where the annual salaries were even lower at $23,745, $29,831, $33,768, $33,965, $34,107 and $36,790 respectively. Whereas the best paying IT companies in the world were in countries like Belgium ($144,980), Denmark ($136,542) and the U.K. ($127,890), ranking after the Swiss IT firms.

She said as part of this work to help the publicunderstand the visa requirements, the Consulate conducts regular outreach programmes. She said in one year period, the

Consulate has issued more than 1.70 lakh visas to citizens of South India. Further to commitments made in Economic Action Plan 2012 to improve services to Canadians, realize operational efficiencies and increase internal productivity, this Sub-Committee has been mandated to consider proposals on whole-of-government opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness.“The Sub-Committee will work to determine if there are any additional, common sense improvements to be made in government,” said Prime Minister Harper. “This is an example of our Government’s commitment to spending Canadian taxpayers’ money responsibly by looking for potentially unnecessary expenses.”The Honourable Tony

for Northern Ontario, has been appointed Chair of the Sub-Committee and the Honourable Ted Menzies, Minister of State (Finance), will be Vice-Chair. Jef Holm and Emily Maynard have certainly been put to the test ever since The Bachelorette ended, but so far, they have passed that test with flying colors.

Between rumors of Emily cheating and the ever-present Bachelor curse (i.e. no one on the show actually stays together), things may not have looked good.Good thing is, no one bothered to tell them that. Not only are they not breaking up, they can’t stand to be apart, according to E! News, which heard it from the southern belle and Jef Holm themselves last week.Said Emily Maynard of her husband-to-be:“It’s so crazy how easy it is for me to be around him and um,

you’re with somebody a lot and you’re together a lot and they start to get on your nerves a little bit.”“He does not get on my nerves! We can be together all the time and only leave each other to go to the bathroom, and I

will miss him while I’m in the bathroom.”Safe to say she’s probably not sexting other men with that kind of mentality. As far as a wedding goes, that is still in the plans; Jef just moved to Charlotte.

Donald Trump on Kate Middleton Topless Pics: All Her Fault, Totally Fair Game! The shocking release of Kate Middleton topless photos, taken from a distance while she was at a private villa in

France, has sparked debate over the ethics of celebrity media coverage. Most people tend to sympathize with the Duchess of Cambridge here.Donald Trump, however, is not most people. In a series of Tweets, the blowhard opined that Middleton herself is to blame for the nude photos - she didn’t

have to strip down outdoors, after all!“Kate Middleton is great, but shouldn’t be sunbathing in the

nude, she has only herself to blame,” writes Trump. “Who wouldn’t take Kate’s picture and make lots of money if she does the nude sunbathing thing. Come on Kate!”Somehow we’re guessing the British royal family disagrees. The irate royals are exploring legal options to stop the spread of the Kate Middleton

pics, and have already won an injunction against French gossip magazine Closer. However, at least two other

tabloids have run the pics - both in other nations not bound by the ruling - and that’s just print media. The Internet is a different beast. What do you think of Trump’s statement? Is he for real? We know he likes to weigh in on whatever’s trending, but does he have a valid point?

BIGG BOSS: Salman Khan on competition with Big B and KBCSalman Khan is back on the small screen. And as he returns to host season six of the reality show Bigg Boss (BB, on Colors), he reiterates his promise that this time around, the daily prime time show will be a family-oriented one.“I want families to watch BB together. I didn’t like the decibel level rising the last time. I had to intervene, which I didn’t like doing,” says Salman. “Contestants feel that if they make noise, they get noticed. But if you recall, the winners have all been personalities who are well-adjusted.”He feels that inside the house, celebrities transform into common people, without their star trappings or luxurious lifestyles. Being filmed 24x7 brings out their real personalities. “The chemistry between contestants, and not controversies, is what makes

TV is my first love: Malaika Arora KhanActress Malaika Arora Khan, who began her tryst with showbiz as a video jockey on MTV, says she can never leave the small screen behind.

songs like “Chhaiya chhaiya”, “Munni badnaam” and “Anarkali disco chali” to her credit, reveals that she has a special interest in dance shows.

“I have been a part of television all my life and the shows that I do are very close to my heart, because I love dance. Every time there is a dance-related reality show, I am part of it,” Malaika said. But this time, the former

“Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa”, “Nach Baliye” and “Zara Nachke Dikha” judge, has taken on the mantle of judging “India’s Got Talent 4”.“This is the first time I am doing a show like ‘India’s Got Talent’, I have never done a show like that where I have to actually judge different kinds of talents,” added Malaika, who will share the judges’ panel on the show, with filmmaker Karan Johar and actress Kirron Kher. The new season of “India’s Got Talent” goes on air Sep 22 on Colors.

BB work,” he says.On competition with KBC 6“There is no competition with Amitji (Amitabh Bachchan); he is miles ahead of us. He has a lot more experience than we do as far as shows or anything else is concerned. TRPs don’t

depend only on me, but on the contestants. If the people are entertaining, then the audiences will be eager to watch (the show). I will give it my best and let other people do so too. We all work the same long hours.

I know how tiring doing a Bigg Boss shoot is, so I can understand.”? On his future at 70 “I think by the time I reach Mr Bachchan’s age, when I turn 70, I will be doing a whole lot of work for Being Human (his charity organisation). That will be my focus, my priority.

As it is, we are doing quite a bit currently. In the future, Being Human will grow further.”On Saif-Kareena’s wedding“As I haven’t got one (an invitation) yet, I don’t think it’s (the wedding) happening (smiles). When I get an invite, I’ll know that it’s

happening. Weddings are a personal, private matter. When I get married, I don’t think I’m calling anybody.”On a TV show character RK (in Madhubala) being inspired by him “Is he uncouth, obnoxious, a brat? Well then, that’s not me.”

I don’t want Bharat to become a hero, says Esha DeolBollywood actress Esha Deol doesn’t want her businessman husband, Bharat Takhtani to turn to acting.“I had always said that I never wanted to marry a hero. He is a successful businessman and I hope he continues to be one. There is no need for him to become an actor,” she said after the couple walked the ramp together for jewellery brand ‘Azva’ at the India Bridal Fashion Week 2012 here Saturday. The actress has walked the ramp before but this was the first time she walked it after their wedding. Calling Bharat “a born model”, she said that she didn’t have to give him any tips on how to walk the ramp.“I didn’t give him any tips, he is a born model. He has done many ramp shows when he was in college. He is very confident,” she said.Azva’s collection was based on the seven vows of an Indian wedding and thus the couple seemed apt for the show.“The collection is unique and creative. It is a mix of traditional

and modern jewellery. Even modern couples can wear these and tie the knot. It also a very emotional collection as it is based on the seven vows,” Esha added. The line had an exquisite range of 22-karat gold jewellery. It included necklaces, earrings and bangles. The actress looked stunning in a pink and blue lehenga with heavy gold work. She wore a heavy neckpiece and beautiful long earrings. Bharat looked handsome in an off-white

sherwani with gold work. For Bharat, seeing Esha as a bride for the second time was stunning.“She grows on me every single day. This is like a deja vu experience for me. She looks very beautiful today,” he said.Six flower decorations hung from the ceiling which made the ambience more festive as the models walked to live music. The couple tied the knot June 29 this year.

Salman Khan is on the brink of completing a silver jubilee in Bollywood, and actress Kareena Kapoor says the industry is incomplete without him.“I think we all are big fans of Salman and he has been my and Karisma’s (Kapoor) co-star. I am really happy with his 25 years because this industry is incomplete without Salman,” the 31-year-old said here. The actress, who is awaiting the release of her film “Heroine” spoke on the sidelines of a special shoot for comedy TV show “Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah”.About her appearance on the show, Kareena said: “I think it’s the number one TV show, so we are happy that we could promote our film ‘Heroine’ on such a popular stage.”The serial’s most popular character, Daya Jethalal Gada, essayed by actress Disha Vakani, made Kareena do the garba. Kareena, who has danced to “Halkat jawaani” in the film was quite a sport.

“All of them are quite halkat so we danced on ‘Halkat jawaani’ and the show has got that spirit. I also did the garba and Punjabi dance and I also made them dance to my song. So the concept has been well-woven

in the script,” Kareena said.Directed by Madhur Bhandarkar, “Heroine” hits theatres this Friday and also stars Arjun Rampal and Randeep Hooda.

Kissing missing from ‘Ishkq In Paris’: Preity Zinta“Ishkq In Paris” is a fresh and young romantic film, but minus any kissing scene, says actress Preity Zinta, who has turned producer with the movie. “Kissing is missing in the film. Kissing is not necessary to show the romance in the film. Romance is in the heart. It’s a rom-com and a family entertainer,” Preity said here. The actress spoke at the glitzy music launch of the movie. The event, held here Monday, was also attended by Salman Khan, who shot a special song titled “Kudiye di kurti” for the film.“Salman has been the

Hall of Fame entry is humbling: Brian LaraWest Indies batting great Brian Lara says it is a “humbling experience” to be selected for induction into the Hall of Fame alongside some of the world’s greatest cricketers.Lara, who retired from international cricket five years ago, will be formally inducted at the ICC Awards ceremony on Saturday. “I think it’s a very humbling experience for me,” Lara was quoted as saying. “First of all, to be considered and then to be selected is a great moment.” The former West Indies captain will become the 67th male member of the Hall of Fame and will be inducted with England’s Enid Bakewell, the third woman to achieve such a milestone. Lara was one of the West Indies’ most prolific batsmen having represented the country in 131 Tests and 299 ODIs in a career that spanned 17 years. He amassed some 11,953 runs at an average of 52.88. “To be named alongside some of the great cricketers not just from the West Indies but from all around the world like Sir Garfield Sobers, the Three Ws, Sir Vivian Richards is a very

special feeling,” Lara said. He scored 34 Test centuries and 48 half-centuries while his best performance with the bat was against England

in Antigua in 2004 when he scored 400 not out - still the highest by any Test batsmen in an individual innings. Lara played 299 ODIs scoring 10,405 at an average of 40.48 that included 19 centuries and 63 half-centuries. “I had quite a few special moments in my career. I think our 2-1 series win in Australia in 1993 under Richie Richardson was very special,” said Lara, the only batsman to have scored a hundred, a double century, a triple century, a quadruple century,

and a quintuple century. “Then obviously winning the ICC Champions Trophy in 2004 under my leadership was also a very special occasion.”

Pace spearhead Zaheer Khan quickly needs to regroup his resources and improve his fitness level if India are to fancy their chances of winning the World Cup Twenty20 again, feels former Pakistan captain Wasim Akram.“Zaheer’s fitness looked suspect. He did not look sharp enough and probably his energy levels were not up to the mark. I know Sri Lankan conditions are extremely demanding, but if Zaheer has to lead India’s attack, he has to be at the peak of his fitness. Dhoni’s selection worries, I would imagine, will be around his senior players like Zaheer, Harbhajan and Irfan Pathan,” Akram said.Akram said that the loss against Pakistan in the warm-up game has left skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni with the dilemma of whether to go in with five specialist bowlers or opt for the additional batsman, considering that bowling in the death overs has been a worry.“The match against Pakistan will force MS Dhoni to mull over his first XI. While it’s always a horses-for-courses policy, deciding the playing XI will always be a tough call.“For a 20-20 game, India have several ‘all-rounders’ and that will enable Dhoni pick four specialist bowlers and seven batsmen. The fact that Sehwag, Raina, Yuvraj and Kohli are decent bowlers is a great bonus for Team India,” he said.Akram expressed his happiness over the inclusion of Yuvraj Singh in the Indian team.“It was great to see Yuvraj back

in the field. I saw his quickfire 34 off 26 balls against the Kiwis in Chennai. Typically, Yuvraj connected a few lusty blows but his timing has to get sweeter. The fact he is back to international cricket is only due to the Almighty’s blessings and I am sure everyone’s going to watch him closely in Sri Lanka,” he said. The pace legend picked India and Pakistan as favourites to lift the trophy on the slow familiar tracks of the island nation where they have played a lot of cricket.Akram felt that Pakistan’s run-chase and their ability to handle the pressure against a talented Indian side will give Mohammed Hafeez’s team a great deal of confidence going into the championship.“No matter what the status of the game is, no Indian captain

wants to lose a match against Pakistan. Every India versus Pakistan contest is emotionally supercharged and hence the high fives in the Pakistan dug-out on Monday were expected. It was good to see the players in great spirits and the younger ones exchanging pleasantries after the game.”Akram said that Pakistan have the best attack in the world and singled out Saeed Ajmal and Shahid Afridi as the key men for the Men in Green.“Saeed Ajmal will be the man to watch out and Shahid Afridi remains the quintessential partnership breaker with wickets at crucial junctures. If Afridi has to play in the Pakistan team, he can only do so as a bowler. His experience in tight situations can be effective and his flatter leg-spins are tough to hit.”

AITA Secretary General Bharat Oza on Wednesday said that Mahesh Bhupathi and Rohan Bopanna can reach out to the executive committee and appeal against the punishment handed to them on the ground of indiscipline.“We are not denying the yeoman service being done by the two players. They can appeal to the executive committee. We will forward that to the ethics committee,” Oza said. “I have written to the players, they can put forward their views. We have never called them traitors,” he added. The AITA, in a release, stated that the decision to ban the duo was taken by a majority in the executive committee and president Anil Khanna was “in minority” in this case.Asked to explain, Oza said,

“He was in minority in the sense that we debated on the length of the punishment. A lot of options were explored.

Some said they should be ignored forever and another view was that they should not be considered for at least

2-3 ties.” “Mr Khanna said there should be a specific period and there should not be ambiguity on the length of the

punishment. The length of the punishment was debated and he was in minority in what was decided,” Oza said.

MOVIE TALK

Heroine Movie Preview

RGV shoots Bhoot sequel in an actual haunted houseWhen filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma (RGV) is in his usual quirky element (cue: his Twitter feed), he’s certain to have some tricks up his sleeve. He maintained this attitude through the shooting of his directorial venture, Bhoot Returns. A source close from the project reveals that the directorhas shot the film in a haunted house on Pali Hill without letting his cast and crew know about the house’s eerie history. “The house is quite old and the first owner had committed suicide there. Since then, the owners claim to have witnessed unusual events,” says the source. RGV must have chosen not to reveal this creepy secret to his team as it might have scared the unit members and disturbed the shoot. “He didn’t disclose this detail until the shooting of the film was supposed to finish. The cast got quite spooked later after getting to know that someone had committed suicide in the house,” says the source. When asked about this, RGV says, “I got to know that the

house has a history only after we started shooting for the movie.” Did he get scared himself? “I was too busy trying to scare (my viewers), so I never got the time to get scared myself,” he says. However, the house was lent out on the condition that Varma would not reveal the exact address of the place. “The current owner of the house gave the house to RGV for the shoot only after he

was assured that the director won’t give out the address of the house in the movie or to the media,” the source adds.Releasing on October 12, Bhoot Returns is a 3D sequel to Bhoot (2003) and stars Manisha Koirala, JD Chakravarthy, Madhu Shalini and child actor Alayana Sharma. It releases in Tamil and Telugu simultaneously.

The spotlight followed her, the camera loved her, the paparazzi couldn’t get enough of her... MahiArora was a ‘Superstar’... in every sense of the word! Not only was she on top of her game, she was also single, fancy free and footloose. She was beautiful, famous, successful and very-very rich and of course still young. In short a case of pure perfection. This is what the world would have you believe about her. It is said that paradox exists in the darkness behind the spotlight. Unfortunately, Mahi’s inner world was in direct contrast to her outer life. After all uneasy lays the head that wears a crown. Prone to intense mood swings, in fact secretly bipolar, insecure, unsure and very lonely. Mahi’s only source of happiness was love, her insane, all pervasive, all-consuming love for the reigning superstar who hadn’t quite committed to her. While all her contemporaries were busy strategizing career moves, endorsements, ‘alliances’ and even marriages; Mahi, unmindful of her career was only focused on somehow getting her love requited and in her attempt to do that begins a journey spiraling downwards. This quest for love starts taking her to disastrous depths, yet always saving her just when she’s at the edge. The

story goes through various ill-fated relationships and career roller coasters all the way to a point where Mahi is forced to risk everything she had. Her career, her sanity and her life all at once go through a spinning twist. Could Mahi retain her position as the No. 1 Heroine of her times? Was her True Love ever going to be requited?

Was Mahi going to lose everything she cared for? OR was there a way of saving herself to emerge as a true Heroine ... of Life??? These are questions that only can be answered by MahiArora herself.Heroine is now playing at Albion and Woodside Cinemas and show times can be found @ www.albioncinemas.com .

Dabangg 2 action scenes modified: Malaika“Salman’s action scenes have been modified and done according to specifications taking his health in consideration,” Malaika said here during a group interaction. The 46-year-old has been battling health issues and even underwent surgery for Trigeminal Neuralgia, a facial nerve disorder.Talking about Salman as a brand, Malaika said: “He has worked really hard and for an actor there are many ups and downs. They keep going through those phases. One can’t overlook the fact that Salman has a huge fan following, who always follow him.”Salman has made a place for himself in the action hero category with hits such as Wanted and Dabangg.Dabangg 2, a sequel to the 2010 blockbuster, again stars Sonakshi Sinha in the female lead. The sequel is like a family film - while Salman is playing the lead role, his younger brother Arbaaz is making his directorial debut with the actioner. Samantha and Suriya are the hot new pair?

Kamal confirms the release date of Vishwaroopam

Following the stupendous success of ‘Naan Ee’ and with the talk of the town ‘Neethane En Ponvasntham’ gearing up for release, Samantha is on the path to consolidate her position in the industry. Despite parting with Maniratnam’s ‘Kadal’ and Shankar’s ‘I’ for reasons best known to her, the pretty lassie has reportedly bagged an offer in Lingusamy’s next venture which has Suriya in the lead. Sources in the production camp reveal that the official signing will happen very soon. It is believed that Parineeti Chopra too was considered for the role but eventually lost out to Samantha. With as many as 3 films ready for release in Telugu, Samantha has expressed her desire to sign more interesting projects in Tamil in the future. It’s fair to say that career-wise, the actress is certainly on the road to recovery.

There are reports suggesting that the release of Kamal Hassan’s trilingual ‘Vishwaroopam’ could be postponed to as late as January 2013. The reason being stated is that Kamal is working on delivering this movie with a futuristic technology called Auro 3D which is touted to be a giant leap from the popular Dolby Surround. When Behindwoods contacted the officials from the production house, PVP cinemas, to validate the same, they denied any such developments. Sources close to Kamal Haasan have revealed that he himself denies appearing in any such interview and making any such claims that a certain online

publication has suggested. The good news is that he is gearing

up for the release, this October.

There was this guy at a bar, just looking at his drink. He stays like that for half of an hour. Then, this big trouble-making truck driver steps next to him, takes the drink from the guy, and just drinks it all down. The poor man starts crying. The truck driver says, “Come on man, I was just joking. Here, I’ll buy you another drink. I just can’t stand to see a man cry.”“No, it’s not that. This day is the worst of my life. First, I fall asleep, and I go late to my office. My boss, outrageous, fires me. When I leave the building, to my car, I found out it was stolen. The police said that they can do nothing. I get a cab to return home, and when I leave it, I remember I left my wallet and credit cards there. The cab driver just drives away.”“I go home, and when I get there, I find my wife in bed with the gardener. I leave home, and come to this bar. And just when I was thinking about putting an end to my life, you show up and drink my poison.”

Walking through Chinatown, a tourist is fascinated with all the Chinese restaurants, shops, signs and banners. He turns a corner and sees a building with the sign, “Hans Olaffsen’s Laundry.” “Hans Olaffsen?”, he muses. “How in hell does that fit in here?” So he walks into the shop and sees an old Chinese gentleman behind the counter. The tourist asks, “How did this place get a name like ‘Hans Olaffsen’s Laundry?’” The old man answers, “Is name of owner.” The tourist asks, “Well, who and where is the owner?” “Me...is right here,” replies

the old man. “You? How did you ever get a name like Hans Olaffsen?” “Is simple,” says the old man. “Many, many year ago when come to this country, was stand in line at Documentation Center. Man in front was big blonde Swede. Lady look at him and go, ‘What your name?’ He say,’Hans Olaffsen.’ Then she look at me and go, ‘What your name?’” “I say Sem Ting.”

A man and a little boy entered a barbershop together. After the man received the full treatment - shave, shampoo, manicure, haircut, etc. - he placed the boy in the chair.“I’m goin’ to buy a green tie to wear for the parade,” he said. “I’ll be back in a few minutes.”When the boy’s haircut was completed and the man still hadn’t returned, the barber said, “Looks like your daddy’s forgotten all about you.” “That wasn’t my daddy,” said the boy. “He just walked up, took me by the hand and said, ‘Come on, son, we’re gonna get a free haircut!’”

A young man was walking through a supermarket to pick up a few things when he noticed an old lady following him around. Thinking nothing of it, he ignored her and continued on. Finally he went to the checkout line, but she got in front of him. “Pardon me,” she said, “I’m sorry if my staring at you has made you feel uncomfortable. It’s just that you look just like my son, who just died recently.” “I’m very sorry,” replied the young man, “is there anything I can do for you?” “Yes,” she said, “As I’m leaving, can you say ‘Good bye, Mother!’ ? It would make me feel so much better.”

“Sure,” answered the young man. As the old woman was leaving, he called out, “Goodbye, Mother!” As he stepped up to the checkout counter, he saw that his total was $127.50. “How can that be?” he asked, “I only purchased a few things!” “Your mother said that you would pay for her,” said the clerk.

In the supermarket was a man pushing a cart which contained a screaming, bellowing baby. The gentleman kept repeating softly, “Don’t get excited, Albert; don’t scream, Albert; don’t yell, Albert; keep calm, Albert.” A woman standing next to him said, “You certainly are to be commended for trying to soothe your son, Albert.” The man looked at her and said, “Lady, I’m Albert.”

Two Yuppettes were shopping. When they started to discuss their home lives, one said,“Seems like all Alfred and I do anymore is fight. I’ve been so upset I’ve lost 20 pounds.”“Why don’t you just leave him then?” asked her friend.“Oh! Not yet.” the first replied, “I’d like to lose at least another fifteen pounds first.”

“Cash, check or charge?” I asked after folding items the woman wished to purchase. As she fumbled for her wallet I notice a remote control for a television set in her purse. “Do you always carry your TV remote?” I asked. “No,” she replied. “But my husband refused to come shopping with me, so I figured this was the most evil thing I could do to him.”

LIFE STYLE & RECIPE

Sure Fire Weight Loss Tips That WorkTrying to get your body in shape is not a very easy task and it will take a lot for you to get where you want to be. Follow a few words of advice and be patient because the road ahead will be extremely long and hard. This article contains some great tips to get you started on your weight loss journey and hopefully, have some words of encouragement for you that will give you the inspiration to continue. One great weight loss tip is to avoid condiments that are high in fat, such as ranch dressing or bleu cheese. These can add hundreds of calories to your diet on a daily basis. Instead, try to use a vegetarian bean dip, such as hummus, that is much lower in calories and is actually good for you.You should try and add some green tea to your diet whether it be in pill form or in liquid form. Green tea is good because it has lots of antioxidants, but most people do not know that consuming it regularly can lead to a four percent increase in their metabolism levels. When trying to lose weight, it is important that you eat every single meal during the day. Obviously eat a healthy meal with the right portions. If you do not or you skip a meal, your metabolism will begin to slow and you will gain weight!Water can be one of your greatest allies in the fight against your fat. It will help you to look healthier in general but it also assists in flushing out your system. One of the greatest aspects of drinking water is that it helps you to feel fuller and eat less.A great way to help you lose weight is to stop eating regular cottage cheese and start eating non-fat or low-fat cottage cheese. Regular

cottage cheese has a pretty high fat content. Low-fat cottage cheese is much healthier and actually promotes lean body mass when eaten at night. If you are making enough food that there is bound to be leftovers then you should plan on putting the food away after you serve your plate. Making sure that the extra food is not around will stop you from getting seconds since they are not so accessible. In order to achieve a healthy body it is important to eat a balanced diet. This means having the right amount of protein (from 15 to 20 percent), fat (about 30%) and carbohydrates (50 to 55 percent). Another thing to remember is that starving yourself to lose weight is not good as well.A great weight loss tip that people should really understand is that losing weight is not a quick process. People often abandon their diets because they are not seeing the results they want quick enough. Understand that losing weight does not happen overnight and try and keep yourself motivated throughout your diet.A common misconception when you are trying to lose weight is that you need to stop eating or cut out meals. This is absolutely absurd! If you cut out meals you will instantly slow your metabolism, be hungry and irritable and even see yourself gaining weight. You must consume food every three hours in small portions to reach weight loss success. If you hate exercising and working out, you can still lose weight by engaging in physical activities that you enjoy. Go outside, and jump rope with your children, or accompany them on a bike ride. Play 18 holes of golf with your partner without

driving a golf cart. Go to the park, and play Frisbee with your friends. Take your dog for a walk on the beach. Do some spring cleaning. Whichever activity you choose will help you get in shape the fun and easy way.If you make an effort to exercise before going to work each day, you might be surprised by the weight loss results that you achieve. Studies have shown that the stress of the day, along with the amount of energy exerted, causes people to be more likely to go home and relax rather than work out.The average Americans diet is highly unhealthy. It consists sugary sodas, fast fried foods, and fattening desserts. If you’re looking to eat right it might be time to cut out those sodas and replace them with water. Transition from fried to baked, and from fattening desserts to low fat versions. If you don’t you may see an expanding waist line.Dining out presents a challenge for people trying to lose weight. Even with more healthy options available, restaurant portion sizes are still far too large. One incredibly simple way to control what you’re eating is to order your dinner, and ask the server to box half of it up when they bring it to the table. You’ll be eating half as much food right off the bat, and can bring home the rest for another meal.Losing weight is difficult, but these tips will help jump-start your pound-shedding adventure. These tips will help empower you and get you on the fast track to success. With these tricks, you will bypass old hurdles that have gotten between you and your weight loss goals, and move closer and closer to your target weight.
