How do I arrange for SingPost to collect my parcels?

1) You will have to assign your item(s) for collection by selecting a collection slot in QSM.

i. Same day collection• Cut-off time: 4pm

You have to assign by 4pm latest for same day collection before 6pm

ii. Next day collection• Timing: 9am – 6pm

2) Enter the quantity of all parcels to be collected for that day.

Important notes1. For Singpost courier to bulk collect all your parcels, please assign all your parcels in the same “Request for

pickup”.2. Please ensure your items are properly packed:

• All sides are sealed• Shipping label (A6 size) affixed clearly on parcel/item• Items to be ready for collection within your chosen collection slot
