SB/PH1-1418 Series machines are one (1) operator shuttle type sealers utilizing quick-change sealing �xtures.

The ERB/PH Series units are available in four (4) and six (6) station designs. Models are available in standard sealing areas of 14 x 18 inches and 18 x 24 inches. Larger sealing areas are available on request. The standard machines feature one sealing station with the remaining stations used for operator loading and unloading.

Starview’s FAB/PH Series rotary type heat sealers are designed for medium to higher volume production requirements where automatic feeding and unloading is desired. These machines may be used for conventional carded blisters, full face blisters and half-clamshell styles as well as applications using medical paper, Tyvek, foils and other heat sealable lidstock. The FAB/PH Series units are available in six (6) and eight (8) station designs. Models are available in standard sealing areas of 14 x 18 inches and 18 x 24 inches. Larger sealing areas are available on request.
For machines with larger sealing areas, additional loading stations or automation that requires linear motion please consider Starview’s CBS/PH Series inline conveyor machines.

Starview’s CBS/PH Series inline conveyor type heat sealers are designed for high volume production requirements. These machines may be used for pharmaceutical wallet pack as well as medical device applications using medical papers, Tyvek, foils and other heat sealable lidstock. Given the proper conditions these machines are capable of up to 20 cycles per minute in production. The Automated Inline Conveyor blister sealing machines are built with the capability to feed blister(s), tray(s), card(s), Tyvek and discharge �nished packages when proper tooling is installed. With seven (7) open loading stations these machines are ideal for automated product loading or where multiple items are to be placed in a single package.
Machines with other sealing areas and di�erent numbers of stations are also available. Consider Starview’s FAB/PH Series for automatic rotary machines.
