Position Overview
Role of the Workplace
Supporting business areas with their:
Travel and corporate card requirements
Processing of payments and receipt of monies
Major Tasks
Many ofthe tasks listed involve using the Department's Financial Information Management System (SAP) Travel and Corporate Cards
Assisting with the coordination of Official Passports and Visas
Assisting with the Issuance and cancellation of credit cards and Cabcharge cards
Assisting in EOFY processes and journals
Follow Ups on Open Trips and credit card acquittals
Updating and maintaining registers and records
General Administrative Tasks and Accounts
Assisting with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Reporting Creation of Vendors in SAP
