With 6 lanes of conversion and tab tooling, this high speed machine can produce up to 5100 ends per minute – a 70% increase in volume over a 4-lane Tetrad system. In an end module with a 24-out shell system and 6 liners, this increased throughput will allow three Tetrads to be replaced with two EO6 machines while increasing end producon from 9000 EPM up to 10,200 EPM. The E06 system features a completely new Minster ECH-140 press that’s specifically designed for high speed EOE producon with speeds up to an unprecedented 850 SPM. Stolle has incorporated many of the tooling and transfer system features we have perfected over many years of conversion system leadership, and has added a number of new technology features that take the EO6 system to new heights of producvity and efficiency. Three transfer belts with two lanes each carry ends through three 2-out lane dies. The 6-out tab die has several improved design features and can produce the latest generaon X3 metal-saving tab design. Stolle E06 Conversion System

Stolle once again raises the bar on the high volume production of easy open ends for beverage cans with the new EO6 Conversion System.
