V&APromotional materials for four recent and upcoming exhibitions at the Victoria & Albert museum. Resolved prints are highly creative, with a typographic and print focus. Each print has a different finish, from debossing, foil-blocking, spot varnish, digital gloss varnish and metallic silk-screen.
Ocon ConstructionRebrand and promotional material for a Manchester based construction company. Design outcomes include branded business cards, letterheads and compliment slips as well as a website identity and a company book, detailing clients and recent projects.
Stubburban Branding & promotional materials for Stubburban, the brand of Leeds based menswear fashion designer Laura Stubbs. Design outcomes range from logo design to brand stationery, to design direction and production of fashion look-book and tabloid format newsletter.
LCA SWS Report Quality report designed and produced on behalf of Leeds College of Art, for submission to the QAA. The report showcases the art & design institution, with type-heavy editorial content and a focus on print and production.
Garry Barker publicationExhibition & artist publication for Garry Barker, a Leeds based artist and writer. The publication consists of three booklets folded and bound together, each one acting as a separate section of the publication whilst working together as one uniform piece.
KreditivsedlarPromotional design for a proposed exhibition at the Design Museum. Kreditisvedlar (‘credit note’) showcases European money and banknote design. Large elongated banners and note-sized tickets promote and inform, utilising printing processes typically used in money printing.
Surface Pattern Yearbook Art direction, editorial and book design for the LCA BA (Hons.) Printed Textiles & Surface Pattern Design 2011 yearbook. The book has a photographic focus, while showcasing the course facilities and graduates’ work. In progress, with other coursemates.
Interior Design ProspectusEditorial and book design for the BA (Hons.) Interior Design course at Leeds College of Art. The book provides information on the course structure, staff profiles and showcases student work and achievements. In progress, with David Gasi.

studio co-lab is a recently established graphic design practice in Leeds.
formed by Ian Edward Prentice and Tim Wan, both graduating in 2011 from the BA (Hons) Graphic Design course at Leeds College of Art, the practice has already amassed a significant amount of design skills, technical knowledge and experience in the creative industry.
co-lab has a passion for print; publications and promotional materials in particular. Exploring process, production and finish, using both image and type.
co-lab have experience working with clients, for designers and LCA itself.
co-lab are confident in their ability to communicate, idea generate, conceptually think, develop and effectively execute considered, on-brief, innovative and contemporary design solutions.
