    As a student, youll have the signicantadvantage o your own permanent

    studio space. We place major importance on drawing, butyoull also translate

    your ideas into digital ormats. Youll use cutting-edge computer suites plusproessionallyequipped workshops or dyeing, screen-printing, heat-transer

    printing, digital printingand laser-cutting. The emphasis is on originalityand

    innovation, and the highest standards o workand proessionalism.

    We also showstudentworkat international bookairs, and the New Designers

    Exhibition, London, is an opportunityor our graduatingstudents to present

    What Youll Study

    Year OneFocusing on the undamentals

    o visual language, youll explore research

    methods and studio practice around type,

    language, image, narrative, meaning and

    message. Youll work with typography, print,

    drawing, digital media, photography and the

    moving image.

    Year TwoTaking a more sel-directed role,

    youll develop your ideas using specialist

    workshops, critical assessments and seminars.

    Youll also consider audience context,

    distribution, and ethical practice.

    Year ThreeYoull be introduced to proessional
