every time. And, in turn, families can enjoy payment plans that meet their unique needs.

TUITION MANAGEMENT AND PAYMENT PROCESSING

“ The whole mission has to be funded, so it’s crucial that our

schools be able to manage their resources, be it tuition, other fees,

or grants. It’s important for us to be able to track that, and FACTS

does an excellent job of helping us with those components.” – Sr. Elizabeth Swartz Superintendent, Diocese of El Paso

FINANCIAL AID ASSESSMENT Financial Aid Assessment from FACTS takes the guesswork out of awarding aid by giving you all the

information you need to help the families who need it most. FACTS, the nation’s leader in financial aid

assessment, processes 200,000 applications annually for nearly 4,200 private and faith-based institutions.

“ We’re serving a generation of parents that are much

more comfortable with technology, immediate response,

and immediate feedback.” – Diane Starkovich Superintendent, Archdiocese of Atlanta

12

Page 15: SUITE OF SERVICES - FACTS Managementfactsmgt.com/wp-content/uploads/2928_FACTS_Sales_Collateral_Full... · – Diane Starkovich Superintendent, Archdiocese of Atlanta 13. MANAGEMENT

FINANCIAL AID APPLICATION OVERVIEW

• Income on all applications is verified against tax documents,

W–2s, and other relevant income information.

• There is no additional follow-up cost to check the status

of an application.

• There’s only one application to apply for awards from multiple

sources such as the school, diocese, foundation, or specific

donor pools.

• School administrators can create custom questions, set

user-defined reporting, and pull reports on any data

captured in the financial aid application.

• FACTS follows up with families to collect tax documents

and supporting information.

• Applications from parents who are small-business owners

or self-employed undergo a more detailed analysis. We’ll also

help you address unique family situations, such as divorce.

Online School and Financial Aid ApplicationOur integrated system means parents can apply to

your school and fill out a financial aid application in a

combined experience. We process associated application

fees through our PCI DSS Level 1 validated payment

engine, keeping your school and parents safe and secure.

Online Enrollment and Payment Plan SelectionOnce a family has been accepted to your school, they

simply log in to their existing account and finalize the

school enrollment process. Registering for a payment

plan is a simple part of that process because much of

the information needed for a payment plan already

exists in our system.

ParentsWeb IntegrationIn ParentsWeb, we once again bring together all info

on a family’s interaction with your school–payment

plan agreements, financial aid data, school calendars,

announcements, student academic information, and

more. Payments for ancillary fees can also be made in

ParentsWeb. It’s the central, integrated information hub

for parents.

Parent App Access Our customizable smartphone app makes it easy for

parents and students to access information anytime,

anywhere, using their iPhone or Android device. Our

app provides instant access to grades, homework,

school announcements, and more, and also allows

parents to make secure online payments. Over 100,000
