We are proud to offer a summer camp that combines the arts, academics and physical play that ensures a wonderful summer! We have programs in visual art, dance, film, theatre, arts and crafts, instrumental music, cooking science, and early reading. New this year: Historical Reinactment.Our Jr. Counselor program is for rising 9th and 10th graders and teaches them to be camp counselors.Things that are important for you to know.Our programs are designed to accomodate your family’s summer schedule. Campers may attend the entirety of the 6 weeks or weekly – whatever fits your needs.Dates & Ages: June 8, 2020 - July 17, 2020 Programs available for ages 5 through rising 10th gradersCamp Hours: 9am - 3pm Ext. hours: 7am -9am & 3pm - 6pm Breakfast is FREE &served at 8:30am.Drop off/Pick up: Please enter camp through the back gate located at Jefferson & Ashley Streets. Due at enrollment What you must have at time of enrollment –A completed registration form: Please indicate your camp choices. One form/camper.A non-refundable registration fee of $50 is assessed on each camp registration. (The $50 regis-tration fee on 5 or 6 week is waived if paid in full at time of enrollment. Extended care may be paid for separately. ) Multi-week Tuition $120/week • For multi-week enrollments: Full payment is required for 2 weeks (first & last) of camp plus the registration fee. Weekly Tuition $135/week • Week by week registrations cost $135 for additional processing however the registration fee is a one time charge.Jr Counselor Tuition $200/4 week session (no registration fee but must be paid in full) Film Tuition $360/session + the registration feeWhat you may pay as you go – • Extended day costs • Weekly payments must be paid by the Friday before the week of attendance. A late payment fee of $20 applies if tuition is not paid by the Friday before attendance except for new walk-up enrollments. • Late pick up fees occur if students are picked up anytime after 6 pm. ($1/minute)Extended costs: Mornings only $25/ week Afternoons only $35/week Both $45/weekCancellations must be made in writing at least 3 weeks prior to a camper’s attendance to receive a refund for camp tuition. A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged per camper. The non-refundale registration fee will not be returned. Breakfast and Lunch are served for FREE to all campers. A late afternoon snack of whole fruit is also provided. ** Campers who attend 4 weeks or more of camp receive a camp t-shirt FREE.
