2. ACCESS THE “SCORECARDS” AREA(IF YOU HAVEN’T ACCESSED THE RECEIVED EMAIL LINK AND LOGGED IN FROM THE

MAIN PORTAL LINK HTTPS://WWW.POWERSAUDIARABIA.COM.SA/)

SELECT SURVEY FROM THE L IST

This will take you to the Survey

Form where you can fill the

response

3. OPEN SURVEY DETAILS

F ILL YOUR RESPONSE AGAINST EACH QUEST ION AND CL ICK E ITHER “SAVE” TO COME BACK LATER AND F ILL THE REMAINING ANSWERS OR “SAVE AND COMPLETE SURVEY” TO SUBMIT YOUR RESPONSE FOR THIS SURVEY.

• If you have not

answered the

mandatory questions,

you won’t be able to

Complete the Survey.

• Once you have clicked

“Save and Complete

Survey” after answering

all the mandatory

questions, then you

won’t be able to edit

your survey response.
