CertifiedTraining:NFPA&CSFM WehavebeentrainingprofessionalrescuersfromallovertheCaliforniaandtheWesternUnitedStatessince1997.Uponcompletion,studentswillreceivecertificationmeetingtheNationalFireProtectionAssociation1670&1006standardsforropeandwaterrescueguidelinesforthe“SwiftWaterandFloodRescue“TechnicianLevel”certificate.Additionally,studentswhohavecompletedtheOperationalcoursewillreceivetheCaliforniaStateFireMarshal’sOfficeFSTEP“RiverandFloodWaterRescueOperational”certificate.Courseistaughtbyacertified,NFPAandStateFireTrainingOfficer.ThiscourseexceedsqualificationstomeetFederal,StateandLocal-governmentFire/Police/USARTeamstandardsforurbanandremote-areatechnicalroperescue.
