Select Organization
Each organization will display the application type to the left of the company name in ().
Note – The Individual option must be selected to complete a new application.

Landing Page (Individual)
The Individual option allows the user to create a new application as well as to view, edit or delete any associated applications. If there are more than 20 applications, a search option will be displayed.
All Applications can be sorted by: • Doing Business As • Last Update • Application Status • Tracking Number • Application Type

A Search option is listed if a customer is associated with more than 20 applications.
When using the search, the user will be prompted to select form the available search parameters.

Firm Information
The customer must complete the application before the system performs an eligibility check.

Authorized Users
The user will be prompted to select the role of the individual being added to the application.

The edit/view option will populate the Application Summary.
Note – Updates cannot be made on the Application Summary page.
Select from the navigation menu at the top to update Firm Information, Location or Authorized Users.

Firm Information
TIN and Firm/Organization Legal Name cannot be edited on an existing application.

Location
The user can select the icon to edit an existing location or choose the option to add a new location.

Authorized Users
Use the scroll bar below the list of authorized users to edit or delete an existing user.
To add a new user, select ADD and choose the applicable role.

The Name and SSN fields cannot be edited for an existing user.
