Task Su Kanalizatyon Yatiri, Yapim Ve Isletin A.S. is a holding company with franchises for managing municipal water and wastewater corporations in Turkey – two 35-year franchises, one 49-year franchise and one 29-year BOT agreement for a wastewater treatment plant and municipal water management. TAHAL holds 33.3% of TASK’s share capital.

Kardan Water International Group Ltd (KWIG) is a joint venture established in 2007 for the purpose of investing in water and wastewater projects in China, as well as for their operation and management. Comprising a cadre of experienced local professionals, KWIG currently has offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Chongqing, in addition to an affiliated company operating in Liaoning, Sha’anxi and Jiangsu.

Milgam City Services Ltd. provides various services to over 100 municipalities in Israel, including management and operation of municipal water authorities. TAHAL holds 91.5% of Milgam’s share capital.

Hydro Caisan SA has a 50-year franchise for operation of a hydropower plant in Panama. TAHAL holds 86.5% of Hydro Caisan’s share capital.

Hidropalatino is oriented to the production of hydropower, with responsibility for construction, design, installation, operation and maintenance of the Hidropalatino hydropower plant in Ecuador. Sale of power is based on various types of agreements, including short- and long-term contracts.

Via Maris Desalination Ltd. owns a 25-year franchise for a 30 million m3/year seawater desalination plant in Palmachim, Israel, based on a BOO contract. TAHAL holds 27.9% of Via Maris. Construction of the desalination facility was completed in January 2007, and since then the plant has been supplying all of its production capacity to Israel's national water grid.

TAHAL Water Energy Ltd. (TWE) is engaged in the construction and operation of a pumped storage power plant in Israel. TAHAL holds 81% of TWE’s share capital. The enterprise represents penetration into the promising infrastructure sector, combining TAHAL's capabilities in hydropower together with its experience in water storage facilities.

TAHAL Consulting Engineers Ltd. (TCE) has accompanied Israel's economic development since the 1950s. The company was established in the early days of the state with the aim of addressing one of Israel's most acute problems – lack of water – and has since then played a key role in the legendary blooming of the country's desert.

Water and wastewater have traditionally constituted TAHAL's core business, with the sector currently accounting for approximately 86% of the Group's operations. TAHAL has been actively involved in the development of water supply systems for domestic, industrial and agricultural use in Asia, Africa, Latin America and Europe, specializing in the rehabilitation of existing systems in order to boost capacity, maximize potential, and increase the area served. TAHAL Consulting Engineers Sulama Sistemleri Limited Sirketi (Turkey)TAHAL established its Turkey Desk in 1996 and in 1977 initiated the Yaylak Plain Irrigation Project. TASK Su Kanalizasyon Yatirim Yapim VE Isletim (Turkey)TASK is engaged in the management and operation of water and sewage and wastewater corporations in Turkey. The joint company, TASK A.S., has concession agreements for the management and operation of the water and sewage networks of two cities in Turkey, providing water to over 250,000 people. The agreements are for a period of 35 years and include the construction or renewal and operation of the water and sewage network. TASK will pursue further concession agreements for the operation of municipal drinking water and wastewater networks throughout Turkey.
