Organisational Induction
Operational Induction
LCC is the first touch-point of the New Recruit/Newbie with AIESEC. She/He understands the Why, How and What of the Organisation, gets connected with its vision and purpose, learns
about its products, understands the business model of the organization. She/he gains the basic Attitude/Skills and Knowledge and becomes an AIESECer.
Operational Induction is when the New recruit is allocated in to an exchange area, becomes a part of her/his team and is trained and coached to perform exchanges.

If you want to learn to ride a bicycle the fastest way is to practice riding a bicycle, not attending a session on cycling and reading about it.
Why of Task-Based induction
The fastest way to learn how to do exchanges is by practising how to deliver the exchanges, not only
attending a training session on it !

STAGES OF A TASK-BASED INDUCTION :
The new recruit is trained by the
LCVP & OCP, he watches the tasks & practices them.
The new recruit does the task ALL BY HIMSELF with OCP supervising
him.Later he gets
feedback.
There is a reflection space on the past week, and new tasks for next
week are assigned !
The new recruit learns more tasks
while becoming an expert in the main
task.
The new recruit can now perform
an exchange all by himself !
Feel free to repeat/continue task based induction as long as needed.
a member of aiesec for poland should be able to fulfil all these tasks in our

the science behind Experiential Learning
1. Concrete Experience : (a new experience of situation is encountered, or a reinterpretation of existing experience).2. Reflective Observation : (of the new experience. Of particular importance are any inconsistencies between experience and understanding).3. Abstract Conceptualization (Reflection gives rise to a new idea, or a modification of an existing abstract concept).4. Active Experimentation (the learner applies them to the world around them to see what results).
