He said, democracy will succeed through responsibility of discharging free and fair elections as per the Constitution of the country concerned. Starting the workshop, the Meditation Guru motivated everyone to smile and be happy in whatever work they do and wherever they go, which, she said, is the basic step to keep stress at bay. Meditation Guru Archana Didi, who has received National and International acclaim for her meditation techniques, urged the participants to live life like a festival. "You have to stimulate the positivity in you to rid you from stress, depression etc"., she stated. While deliberating upon the importance of breathing, the Meditation Guru, highlighting the need to breathe correctly, also demonstrated some breathing techniques, involving the participants Workshop on 'stress free meditation' organized by SSWB & DSW New Delhi, Oct 20 Home Minister, Shri Rajnath Singh has directed to provide all necessary support including vehicles, assault weapons on priority basis to the troops of Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) deployed in Jammu and Kashmir. Shri Singh said this while reviewing the work and activities of Sashastra (SSB) in New Delhi as a part of ongoing review of Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF). An official release said, Shri Singh discussed the recent attack by militants on SSB troops in Jakura, Srinagar in Kashmir and appreciated the retaliatory efforts made by SSB jawans. He also appreciated the works and activities of SSB in the Left Wing Extremism (LWE) affected areas and in Jammu and Kashmir. The Home Minister said, a contingent of SSB will soon be deployed in United Nations Peacekeeping Operations. Shri Singh also discussed the security arrangements on Indo-Nepal Border and stressed that intensive vigil should be maintained on the border as terrorists may take advantage of the porous border. The Superintendent of Police (Traffic) in a press release issued here has stated that in spite of several instructions given through media and other sources, it has been observed that still some four wheeler vehicle owners are plying their vehicle with tinted glass beyond permissible limit in the Port Blair city. This is in violation of the direction/order of the Supreme Court. The SP has asked all the four wheeler vehicle owners to remove the tinted glass immediately otherwise suitable action will be taken by the traffic police against the violation of the order as per relevant rules. Altogether, 68 vehicles have been prosecuted for violation of Supreme Court Order this year till date, the release added. On a tip-off today, a raiding team comprising staff of Special Branch, CID and PS CCS jointly conducted a raid onboard MV Badam berthed alongside Cholanga jetty and recovered 146 bottles of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) which was supposed to be transported to Nicobar Group of Islands. In this connection, two persons namely Abdul Salam, 62, Master (N.C.V) M.V. Badam, R/o Lillipur, Haddo and Mohd. Yakoob, 58, Chief Engineer, MV Badam, R/o Telarabad have been arrested under excise regulation.
