The tenderers have to furnish a list of works in hand alongwith the application. The tenders shall be submitted in sealed cover superscribing as “Tender for Supply of Labour components for Construction of Motor Garage at Wimberlygunj under Mannarghat Range” accompanied by the earnest money as indicated above in receipt Treasury Challan/Deposit at Call Receipt of a scheduled Bank/Fixed Deposit Receipt of Scheduled Bank/Demand Draft of a scheduled Bank issued in favour of Divisional Forest Officer, South Andaman Division, Wimberlygunj. Tender without EMD will be summarily rejected. The successful tenderer has to execute the agreement in (General Rules and Direction and condition of contract) and the work should be executed as per the specification of works, terms and conditions stipulated in the tender documents and the contractor shall abide and fulfill all the terms and provisions and other conditions attached with the tender documents. The contractor shall be required to deposit an amount equal to 5% of the tendered value of the works as performance Guarantee Bond in the form of an irrevocable Bank Guarantee Bond of any scheduled Bank or State Bank of India in accordance with the form prescribed or in the form of Government Security, Fixed Deposit Receipt etc. as in the case of recovery of Security Deposit within 10 (ten) days of issue of indent but before award of work. A sum @ 10% of the gross amount of the billed amount shall be deducted from each running bill of the contractor till the amount alongwith the amount already deposited and earnest money will amount to Security Deposit of 5% of the tendered value of the work. Tenderers are advised to inspect and examine the site and its surroundings and satisfy themselves, before submitting their tenders, as to the nature of ground and sub-soil, the form and nature of the site, the means of access to the site, the accommodation they may require and in general shall themselves obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect their tender. A tenderer shall be deemed to have full knowledge of the site whether he inspects it or not and no extra charges consequent on any misunderstanding or otherwise shall be allowed. The tenderers shall responsible for arranging and supplying labourers, mixer machine, vibrator and other services required for executing the work. Submission of tender by tenderers implies that he has read this notice and all other contract documents and has made himself aware for the scope and specifications of the work to be done.
