  • That said, remarks should be for the goodwill of the person or company
  • We condemn personal attacks
  • We believe in data and staying focused on our KPI3
  • Whats measured improves. We measure things that matter to us
  • We also strongly believe in good reads
  • Stories that are well-written and of high standards
  • We are obsessed over customers, not competitors4
  • Solve for the customer - not just their happiness, but also their success
  • Customers pay the bills and ensure we can keep doing what we love doing
  • But that doesnt mean we will compromise our journalistic integrity
  • We get things done with a strong sense of urgency5
  • Results matter more than how much time you work or how much vacation you take
  • We believe in working hard and smart
