TELL ME YOUR STORY

Main aim:

Disperse the message of the friendship through the world.

Meaning of the project:

Learn about people and nations. We are all the same human race. Meet each other, learn about each other. “More you learn about people, more you will understand them!”

Process:

Make relations among kids through the funny and interesting activities. Let them know each other better, make them understand why the connections are so important.

Final product: e-magazine, blog, post-project activities.

Organization of the project:

- Thematical activities, one per month. Make groups of students, let them choose what activities they will realize. Each month one or more. Make it interesting. You choose which apps will be used. If it is interesting, let us know.

-Create some PPT or an e-book about activities you made.

The MOST important:

- Please, suggest if you have ideas for interactive activities for the kids.- Please, suggest good apps for realization of these activities.- Please, suggest the better, more meaningful final product.- Please, suggest anything what you think can make the project better. - Please, think and let us know how would you use the project in your school

1. Theme Let me introduce myself! September 2015

I want to present myself and my class

We present our teacher

We present our village, city, our school, our state: If we came to visit you, where would you take us?

Make a logo or our sign.

My name: teach me to write it in other letters (Cyrillic, Arabic, Latin)

Teach me how to say: Good day, Good evening, Help, Please, How are you, Mother, Father, Brother, Sister, Child in a different language

2. Theme My hobbies October

Sports - write your story about your most important sport event, describe the most interesting moments of your sport days

Can you do something special – create a challenge!

Special talents - show us what you can

Music

If you play any instrument, create a challenge with some folk theme, in dance or music text…

Write your story: Why do you love music so much?

Art

Show a story through pantomime.

Do you have some pets?

Write your pet’s story: put yourself in your pet’s skin, look the world from his point of view, make a dialog with him. Let us know why is so good to have pet, and why do you love him so much.

Interview your friends, present their success.

3. Theme Our every day’s life November

Diary - write a story about one day in school. Make it funny, if you can.

Present us your school day, routine, subjects, your friends, dress-code, make a picture of your class.

Do you play some games – show us.

Be Jamie Oliver – Present us your favorite food, some unusual herbs, vegetables and fruits, interesting meals. Cook it – show us!

Write your favorite receipt – show us.

4. Theme Our tradition December, January

Music:

Sing some folk songs – make a singing challenge!

Present us some interesting folk stories through the strip or drawings, or interactive games.

Make a dancing challenge!

Present us some of your old folk instruments. Tell us their story. Let us hear a song on it.

Tell us something about the religious or state holidays you celebrate.

Write your story about the atmosphere in your family in holiday’s days.

Old handmade things from your country. Ask your mom to help. Can you do it? Show us!

Make some drawings using the styles from the past – show us!

5. Theme Cultural activities February

Music:

What kind of music do you listen? Sing us one of the songs! Play it by yourself .

Make a music challenge – play an interesting melody and ask us to replay!

Literature

Give us some interesting quotes.

Write your story about how a book can change your way of thinking, how it can help you understand people, different opinions…

Paint

Show us some famous paintings or present painters from your country.

Draw a typical landscape from your country. Let’s make an e-exhibition of the landscapes from all the countries.

Write your story: describe your drawing landscape, tell us how you feel about it. Let us guess what landscape you described.

6. Theme Creative corner March

Literature:

Write your stories: mystery stories, short stories, poems

Create riddles and let us guess answers.

Competition – we will give you several words. Make a story based on them. You will give us words. We will make a story. Together let’s choose the best story.

Make a story about the most beautiful words in the world: mother, father, day, life, music, friend, dream, love, home, Earth… What are the most beautiful words in the world for you? Let us know!

Write a story about the most wonderful moment in your life.

Art

Draw and illustrate your stories. Make an album , a strip, e-magazine from your pictures and your story.

7. Theme Discussion April

Injustice – how do you react? Why? Write your story against injustice.

Write your story about helping friend in trouble.

You have a lot of situations when you helped your friends. Tell us how and why did you help them. Write your story.
