TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENTS AT AC MODULES Part 3

All measurements have been made with the same heat sink at an ambient temperature of 20° C. We can not recommend a specific measuring point (TC). All measurements were taken after twenty mi-nutes working time of the LED. In our catalogue AC technology part II we recommend heat sinks of the company Fischer Electronik. But of course any other competitor’s product with the same specification is also suitable. The measurements have been made with the thermal camera by manufacturer FLIR-I3

Alle Messungen wurden mit dem gleichen Kühlkörper bei einer Raumtemperatur von 20°C durchgeführt. Einen speziellen Mess-punkt können wir nicht empfehlen. Die Messwerte wurden nach 20 Minuten Einbrennzeit erstellt. In unserem Katalog AC Techno-logie – Teil 2 empfehlen wir Modelle der Firma Fischer Elektronik. Selbstverständlich sind Wettbewerbsprodukte mit gleicher Kühlleis-tung ebenso geeignet. Die Messungen wurden mit einer Wärmelicht- kamera; Fabrikat FLIER-I3 erstellt.

Please note: the temperature at the LED chip and/or PCB will be influenced by the size and coo-ling power of the heat sink and/or the thermal conducting foil or the thermal heat glue or the thermal conducting paste
