e. “L-shaped” beam did not appear to be cast at top of stair as documented. Not shown in these photos.

9/19/12: TB and JDO reviewed deficiencies with Pete Karamitsanis and John White. Pete reiterated AAI’s request that Skanska provide plan for remediation. JDO and Mark Manning met and developed three potential remediation options (see attached). Skanska to meet with Liberty/Baker to develop remediation plan and provide AAI and Owner a mockup for review.

2. Columns B-29 (east and west) require remediation to meet design intent as noted in Item 3 in field report above.
