Instruments used on the course include the newly restored 1890 Father Willis in the School Chapel, a three manual tracker action organ by Vincent Woodstock in the School Hall, and the 1997 Principal Pipe Organ, York in Guildford United Reformed Church.

The course is residential and fully catered, offering participants the opportunity to make full use of facilities at the school and to dine together in a family setting in the evenings. Applications are warmly encouraged from all ability levels.
