    N. Images: Have you made good use of images and are they relevant to your content?

    Q. Calls to Action: Are these spread throughout the email?

    R. Bottom Links: Do these mimic the links at the top?

    S. Email Footer: Good practice is to include why the recipient is getting the email and to be spam compliant

    how they can unsubscribe.

    T. Styles CSS and In Line: Have you checked that your email is free of these?

    U. Plain Text Version: Do you have one and does it display correctly?

    V. Quality Assurance: Has this procedure been defined and executed? eg. using this checklist for each message.

    W. Relevance Testing: Has your message passed this testing?

    X. Overall Message Testing: Have the links and grammar in the message been tested? Has the email been

    through a content analysis tool?

    Y. Email Client Testing: Does your message display correctly in various email clients?
