Why Learning Day
We at AECOM Strategy+ create workplace environments which enable our clients to drive organizational performance. Our teams from Madrid, London and Munich meet every year to bring together our global knowledge on research, design and change management to innovate our services.
During the Strategy+ Learning Day representatives from our teams discuss experiences from our daily business, have a closer look at the challenges that we and our clients face, learn about new trends or potentials and think outside the box to create new solutions.

Companies all over the world, our clients, us as AECOM - we are all undergoing major changes due to digital transformations. The shift towards a more virtual and complex world has a major impact on how we work and interact.
On our digital journey, we must answer the question: What kind of workplace environment do we want to create?
At the Strategy+ Learning Day we want to add more pieces to this jigsaw and get closer to a perfect understanding of the Digital Workplace of the future.
