LTV 18, 28, 28XX and 38 toolscan be run without lubricationin the compressed air, pro-viding a cleaner environmentfor operators and savinglubricant costs. Lubrication-free operation involves cer-tain restrictions in output.

Linked to nutrunners in the LTV 8series, Atlas Copco’s RE-Controllergives instant visual and audio feed-back to the operator on whetherthe tightening was OK or not OK.The RE-Controller also offers batchcounting and line control.

The RE-Controllercan be program-med for everyassembly opera-tion and preventsthe tool from operating if the operator makes amistake.
