Dear fellow advocate for a thriving, just world,

Welcome to THE GLOBAL SUMMIT™, dedicated to uniting the world’s social, economic and

environmental movements to ensure a sustainable future for all of us.

Launched in San Francisco in 2008, and road-tested in 2010, The Global Summit™ 2012

biennial will be held August 15-17 in the beautiful London Pleasure Gardens, alongside the

Thames, timed to coincide with the Summer Olympic Games.

As part of our mission to advance new models of partnership, Empowerment WORKS serves

Solutions and people needed to address the most pressing challenges facing Humanity.

On behalf of Empowerment Works, The Global Summit 2012 organizing team and the

communities that we serve, we look forward to your collaboration in nothing less than

creating a new social impact legacy in Olympic history.

Thank you for being part of it,
