EXAMINATION SERIES:
WRITING SUCCESSFUL LAW SCHOOL EXAMINATIONS SUBJECT DATE TIME PROF ROOM
“Exam Workshop I: Basic Skills” offers you approaches to prepare for examinations, spotting issues on the exam, organizing the law and facts, and prioritizing and presenting an effective essay exam answer. We will also present tips on taking multiple choice exams. In subsequent weeks, we will offer practice examinations typically drafted by your professors and administered under simulated test conditions. These examinations will give you the opportunity to practice the tips suggested in our first workshop and help you diagnose weak-nesses and areas for improvement. Our final workshop, “Exam Workshop II: Dissecting Your Answer, Improving Your Grade,” will help you further evaluate your test-taking skills and weaknesses by offering you a process of evaluating your answer in com-parison to model answers. Please bring copies of your answers to the Crim Law and Torts ASP practice exams, and the sample/model answer to each exam (posted on ClaraNet/ASP)
