The Cost Accountant will be responsible in performing month-end cost

accounting functions. The right candidate will have experience in analyzing

and monitoring raw material, WIP and Finished Goods Inventory and the

ability to articulate the cost impact to operations through strong Excel

spreadsheets and presentations.

Additional the Cost Accountant will be responsible to:

Maintain cost accounting system.

Analyze plant production variances.

Support plant controller at month-end.

Complete Product Cost Analysis.

Have experience in analyzing actual manufacturing costs

through Activity Based Costing.

Assist with the annual budget process.

BACKGROUND REQUIRED: The successful candidate will have

a minimum of 5 7 years experience working in a Manufacturingcost accounting role. Must have strong technical skills involving

inventory transactions, cost analyses, and month-end close.

EDUCATION REQUIRED: Minimum Bachelors degree in Finance or

accounting discipline. Must have strong Excel and MS Ofce experience.

The position requires a conscientious, detailed-oriented individual

with a strong background in general ledger accounting with

the ability to work independently and follow through on tasks.

Task include although not limited to, accounts receivable,

accounts payable, accurately creating and posting journal

entries and maintaining appropriate back up documentation.

Primary Duties:Accounts Receivable Invoicing, Cash Receipts, Collections,

Customer File Maintenance

R Accounts Payable Verication, Input and Check issuance,

W-9 Compliance, Vendor File Maintenance.

R Payroll: Check distribution, tasks to be determined

Requirements:R Bachelors degree in Accounting or 3+ years of equivalent

work experience

R Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience in a

multi-entity environment

R Prociency in QuickBooks software

R Procient in Microsoft Ofce Applications with advanced

Excel knowledge
