The ideal material for a wide variety of vertical and horizontal furniture applications such as cupboards, wardrobes, wall panelling and desking, Eurodekor MFC (Melamine Faced Chipboard) is a pre-bonded finished material, constructed from a decorative printed paper, covering a chipboard core which requires no further fabrication except edging.

Your versatile solution.

Eurodekor MDF (Melamine Faced Medium Density Fibreboard) has exactly the same surface finish as Eurodekor MFC but has a fibreboard core, making it the ideal choice for wall panelling or slatwall in commercial applications, such as retail and hospitality.

The fibreboard has a consistent, homogenous compo sition

board which makes further processing much easier.

It is also available in flame retardant quality in 19 and 25 mm.

Lightweight & high strength

Eurolight is a sandwich construction made from chipboard top and bottom surface layers, combined with a light, yet robust recycled cardboard honeycomb core. A chunky look, combined with low weight and high strength makes it perfectly suited to a wide range of applications such as cladding, carcassing, table tops/desking, shelving, sliding doors, internal doors and furniture.

Good to know

PerfectSense is a premium category of high-gloss and matt lacquered boards with an MDF substrate. It meets the demand for high-quality finishes that appear in some of the more sophisticated living and commercial spaces, including high-end retail and furniture design. Possible applications include wall paneling, wardrobes, sliding doors and furniture fronts.

PerfectSense Matt has an extremely low-sheen, matt surface, that comes with an “Anti-Fingerprint” finish and is also available in laminate, as well as a laquered board.

PerfectSense Gloss has a highly reflective surface and an exceptionally smooth finish.

EGGER edging is designed for covering the exposed edge of our wood based panels which offers a sleek, yet robust decorative finish.

We provide both edging to match the board as well as accent edging to focus on the edge as a design feature.

EGGER Laminate is made up of a decorative paper on the surface and multiple layers of kraft paper in the core. The laminate sheet must be fabricated (bonded) to a suitable substrate - normally chipboard or MDF.

Due to its multilayered construction, EGGER Laminate is the perfect material for medium to high traffic areas or where a hard wearing surface is required, such as counter tops, doors, reception desks and a whole host of other interior and shopfitting applications. Also, an ideal solution for curved surfaces or rounded profiles.

EGGER Laminates are suitable for a variety of applications. In addition to our standard 3050 x 1310 mm format, the collection also provides two laminate dimensions especially suited for doors. Naturally, the surface properties of EGGER Laminates comply with current standards and regulations.

Their high resistance against surface abrasion, impact resistance and scratch resistance guarantee a long lifespan.

Many of the 90 door size laminate decors are also available in other products. This allows you to precisely coordinate your doors with other furniture elements within the room.

Compact Laminates have a multilayer structure. They are produced by bonding a fibrous core, together with melamine impregnated decor papers, under high temperature and pressure to create a self-supporting panel from as thin as 6 mm.

This makes it particularly suitable for areas where there may be an extra requirement for hygiene standards and enhanced moisture resistance such as in bathrooms, sanitary facilities and changing rooms.

Many projects, such as schools, hospitals, hotels and other public spaces have strict fire safety requirements.

Whether your project requires doors, furniture or wall panels we have a suite of fire retardant products.

30 and 60 minute fire door cores are raw blanks that can be laminated with EGGER laminate. Whilst you can also specify a pre-finished decorative 30 minute fire door - FD30 Decor - saving fabrication time.

If it’s extra flame resistance for furniture or walls you need, then Flammex MDF (a pre-finished melamine faced MDF board) or Flammex Compact Laminate are both available in a wide range of decors that can be coordinated with other elements in the project, allowing you to value engineer your project with no compromise to design or performance.

Our latest innovation is the pinnacle of this evolution as both the visual and tactile aesthetic of wood have been recreated. of painted or lacquered solid wood when applied to uni colours.

PerfectSense Gloss is characterised by its

exceptionally smooth and deep reflective finish.

The future has arrived. PerfectSense lacquered

boards are much more than a conventional

melamine-faced MDF board. They epitomise the

next generation of matt or gloss textures and

represent a new premium standard of board.

Manufactured using a sophisticated lacquering

process that is applied with precision to the

surface, PerfectSense Gloss offers an exceptional

reflective effect and smooth finish. PerfectSense

Matt, by contrast, feels warm and velvety.

Compared to many other lacquered boards they

are both scratch-resistant and robust.

This surface has a plaster or spatula look, containing both

deep and raw as well as smooth and glossy elements. On

reproductions of concrete, metal and stone it creates a finish

difficult to tell apart from those actual materials. It provides uni

colours with a striking material character. On certain decors, such

as Claystone, the surface also achieves a synchronised effect.

ST16 Matex Plaster

This texture features matt-gloss effects,

simulating the surface and feel of a

ceramic sheet.

The surface texture of washed-out,

satined granite is ideal for uni colours.

Combined with stone and granite decors, such as

Magna Rosso, Amarello Granite and Basalt Quartz, it

produces a natural stone feel with lots of depth.

When it comes to worktops, the demand for matt surfaces in combination with stone

effects is increasing. The ST76 Matex Rough Matt texture is modelled after a mottled

and softly brushed natural stone surface. It can be applied to numerous stone

reproductions, including slate and marble.

Smooth TexturesThis texture has an irregular distribution of linear pores, which are of various

depths, giving the surface its natural look. A light sub-structure provides this

surface with a velvety, pleasant touch.

ST12 Omnipore Matt

A deep brushed finish with a matt-gloss linear grain. This

offers a realistic surface for linear woodgrain decors,

giving them more naturalness and depth.

ST22 Deepskin Linear

A highly authentic and realistic texture for solid wood and

material reproductions.

ST10 Deepskin Rough

This is a horizontal version of the ST22 texture above. Its softly brushed

character often seen in softwood is used both on horizontal wood decors

and uni-colours, looking especially good on white.

ST86 Deepskin Legno Horizontal

A mini-pearl texture, with a medium gloss level. This surface is robust, very

9-Grid,With over 300 colour choices in our collection, across a variety of different materials, we wanted to create an orientation system that allows specifiers to work efficiently. The decors, arranged in compact 9-Grids, allow a fast, direct comparison between colours and shades.

Take the megatrend of White, for example. Had we simply arranged all of our white decors in a row it would be hard to pinpoint the correct shade. Organised in a 9-Grid system, the shades are clustered closer together for easier comparison.

It doesn’t just work for plain colours though. Woodgrains and materials are also clustered according to their character to help you develop the style you’re seeking.

Conserving resources is a top priority for EGGER. In fact it forms part of our core values. We achieve this by promoting sustainable forestry and through integrated plants, energy generation in our own biomass power plants, state-of-the-art manufacturing technology and environmentally friendly logistics systems.

Through the material and thermal use of wood in a closed cycle, we reduce CO2 emissions that are harmful to the environment.

All processes surrounding our sustainable philosophy are efficiently linked in an environmental cycle.

Biogenic fuels, which can no longer be

used materially, are turned into heat

and green electricity by us in our own

biomass power plants.

To continually improve our environmental

performance in the production process, we select

internationally certified energy and environmental

management systems in accordance with

ISO 50001, ISO 14001 and EMAS.

Recycled wood, consisting

of waste wood from

disposed goods and those

not fit for sale, is prepared

and used for chipboard

production.

At our sawmill in Brilon,

Germany, every year 800,000

cubic metres of spruce and pine

logs from sustainable forestry

are used. Sawmill by-products

are directly processed further

in the woodbased materials

production.

We provide full transparency through

Environmental Product Declarations

(EPDs). They give end customers important

information about environmental and health

aspects – for each of our core products.

We act responsibly with regard to forests and the

environment and are certified according to PEFC and

FSC®, depending on the availability of the wood. In

accordance with the EU Timber Regulation, EUTR, we

only buy timber in a region from monitored suppliers.
