DESCRIPTION
In early 2002, The Council of Temple Israel recognized the need to consolidate assets held in, and on behalf of, the Temple Israel Reform Community. Their most valuable asset was clearly the land fronting Greenpoint’s rapidly developing Main Road, directly opposite the entrance to the V&A Waterfront. Peerutin were asked to design a mixed-use building that included 41 residential apartments and 2600square meters of retail space, all with dedicated parking.TRANSCRIPT
