in the world, with an average occupancy of 81.6% in

2017 and an ADR of £163.21. The resulting RevPAR

(£133.19) represents a growth of 5.8% over 2016,

underlining the strength of London’s hotel market.

East London and Shoreditch in particular has been

continuously expanding geographically, economically and
