In February the hotel The Cliff Bay and Il GallO d'Oro restaurant (1 Michelin star) will kick off the 7th edition of the Stars Route, one of the most important haute cuisine festivals to happen in Portugal. Since 2010 and reinvented every year, the stage for the Stars Route has already played host to more than 80 Portuguese and foreign chefs who have been awarded the famous stars from the Michelin Guide. This itinerant cuisine festival gives those passionate about food the chance to savour the best Portugal has to offer . ..TRANSCRIPT

brought to Madeira more than 60 chefs of various nationalities -, it is once again
being host by Il Gallo d’Oro restaurant, at The Cliff Bay Hotel.
Between 19th and 23rd February the Chef Benoît Sinthon hosts 16 Chefs
coming not only from Portugal, but also from various parts of Europe.
