SUSTAINABLE PROJECT
Our Organic Food Garden is dedicated to our Cooking School:It will: Supply the kitchen with fresh vegetables, herbs & fruits. Educate our students about the food chain & how to cook with food
directly from a garden Promote healthy eating & lifestyle: explain the effect of food on
the body’s growth, development & health & the role it plays in the fight against HIV/AIDS, TB, Diabetes & Obesity
Teach and train our students on how to plant, grow and harvest fresh herbs, vegetables and fruits.
A Deli Shop that will generate income by selling products produced in the food garden & kitchenSustainable use of resources such as solar panels & heat pumps
