PZMC offers to the market high-quality, reliable and high-performance equipment with increased dynamic

rigidity. The turning machining centers of the PROTONT T series are successfully operated at the largest

Russian enterprises of the Aerospace and Defense industries. The launch of the mass production of domes-

tic high-tech metalworking centers in Perm region was implemented under the state program of the

Russian Federation “Development of industry and increasing its competitiveness”, and is a worthy result of

joint efforts of The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Russian State Corporation

Rostec, STANKOPROM JSC and of the enterprise itself. Commissioning in February 2018 of a production

site of more than 4000 square meters provides high levels of production of high-tech machining centers

for the needs of enterprises of the Military Industrial Complex. Near-term plans are the implementation of

the program for the expansion of optional solutions, the future modernization of the nomenclature of

machines, the development of new models and technical solutions.

rigidity. The turning machining centers of the PROTONT T series are successfully operated at the largest

Russian enterprises of the Aerospace and Defense industries. The launch of the mass production of domes-

The machines PROTON series is high precision machining of parts in conditions of loaded or long-term turning, makes PROTON machines indispensable for roughing and finishing.

Two-speed gearbox provides

The monobloc bed made of modified cast

iron provides high performance and

long-term accuracy both in processing with

maximum torque and in modes with high

speed. Especially for the aircraft engines

industrial the construction of the bed was

strengthened, the slideways and the width

between them were increased.

doubly increased heat transfer

Turning centers of PROTON T series are equipped with the most modern control systems Siemens 828D and Fanuc 0i-TF (optionally), optimally suited for G-cods programming and fast programming of cyclic algorithms.

All programming activities are carried out on user-friendly screens with a modern user interface. For the user convenience a large 15” LCD display is provided as a standard. Thanks to productive and standardized programming through Siemens 828D and Fanuc 0i-TF you can quickly and easily obtain the necessary program for the manufacturing of your part.

At your request, PROTON T machine can be equipped with Heidenhain CNC.

Operating on PROTON T series machines any specialist will perform the most complex tasks in metal processing. For the convenience of users, the PROTON T machines open up the possibilities of dialogue programming of Shop-Turn and Manual-Guide, which does not require special knowledge in this area. The programming of the part is very simple - for that purpose there is a graphic support and no knowledge of G codes is required.

Turning centers of PROTON T series are equipped with the most modern control systems Siemens 828D and Fanuc 0i-TF (optionally), optimally suited for G-cods programming and fast programming of cyclic algorithms.

All programming activities are carried out on user-friendly screens with a modern user interface. For the user convenience a large 15” LCD display is provided as a standard. Thanks to productive and standardized programming through Siemens 828D and Fanuc 0i-TF you can quickly and easily obtain the necessary program for the manufacturing of your part.

At your request, PROTON T machine can be equipped with Heidenhain CNC.

Operating on PROTON T series machines any specialist will perform the most complex tasks in metal processing. For the convenience of users, the PROTON T machines open up the possibilities of dialogue programming of Shop-Turn and Manual-Guide, which does not require special knowledge in this area. The programming of the part is very simple - for that purpose there is a graphic support and no knowledge of G codes is required.
