DR.D.Y.PATIL PRATISHTHAN’S PADMASHREE DR. D. Y. PATIL COLLEGE OF ARCHITECTURE SECTOR NO. 29, NIGDI-PRADHIKARAN, AKURDI, PUNE-44 DYPCOA/ FILE NO. Fifth Year, B Arch. Date:-04/12/13 SCHEDULE OF ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT -II All the students will be required to compulsorily attend all the review meetings scheduled for them without fail. Internal Assessment by aprofessional/ academic expert, coordinators and guide will be conducted. Students shall have to acknowledge their respective Thesis Topics from the ‘List of University-approved Thesis topics’. If in case multiple Thesis topics have been approved, students shall have to finalize a single topic after discussion with their respective guides. All the students should have compulsorily met their guides at least two days before the reviews. All Drawings, models etc. shall be submitted beforehand on the day of review by every single student, and be presented according to his roll call. Students should be accompanied by their respective guides while attending all the review meetings with their duly completed the log book/work diary. This shall be done on progressive basis compulsorily. Due to constraint of time and huge number of students we shall apply the following screening criteria for students to appear in front of jurors. PDF’s and stage reports need to be uploaded on the designated drives which shall be mailed to the jurors by the Thesis co-coordinating committee. The sheets have to be well composed with due reference to key plans, and shall include plans, sections, elevations and required details and specifications. Bare printed sheets / Test prints would not be accepted. Same sheets would be carried forward for the final Jury except for reprinting the ones with minor corrections. Study models and finished models are a mandatory part of every submission as directed from time to time. Students who fail to follow the above will not be allowed to attend the reviews.     CONCEPTUALDESIGN Space development with study models with supportive explanatory sheets.

    NOTE:

    1) It is absolutely essential that you are present at 9:30 AM on the review dates. 2) Each Student will be given 15 minutes for review and critics. 3) Presentation will be open defense manner. 4) Drawing sheet size: A0, A1, A2 and properly displayed on Panel. 5) Dimension and lettering size should be legible.
