He is a public employee that was involved in this conspiracy to do me lethal harmMark Burley is a professional that is licensed and certified by the Province of Nova Scotia to write up prescriptions for power wheelchairs and other mobility devices.He knows exactly how they are to be set up for balance weight height and special needs for the disabled. That is his profes-sion.

I am going to prove to you that he and Hank from Home Safe Living that assembled and delivered my new Alex wheelchair to me, knowingly and deliberately tried to do me potential lethal and deadly harm by deliberately setting up my wheelchair so that it would flip backwards on acceleration.If you listen to the series of video testimonies in the post above. You will hear me talk about what I am now writing this post about.Below you will find photographic and video evidence that these two professionals knew exactly what they did to my wheel-chair. I will also provide you with all the necessary evidence to prove that they were notified by me of this dangerous setup of my new wheelchair and refused to make my wheelchair safe to use.After I complete writing up this post I will also do a video testimony while I show you photos describing what I am writing here.There is one other person that has been involved in this conspiracy to do me harm. He has been my worker by the name of Glen Moore and he works for the provincially controlled and operated social Community Services (Welfare). Glen Moore has repeatedly conspired with Mark Burley, Hank of Home Safe Living, and Easter Seals.The sabotaging of my wheelchair did not start with this Alex chair. My previous chair had the computer program changed to reduce my electronic brakes to fifteen percent. Mark Burley is the one that prescribed my first indoor center drive wheel-chair.After the wheelchair mechanics at Lawtons on Main St in Dartmouth serviced my first chair to customize it for my special needs I was having very serious problems with it going out of control and sliding down onto streets when I tried to stop by the curb cut outs at red lights or going down the steep sidewalks of downtown Halifax.So I went to Mark Burley repeatedly telling him what was happening with my chair. He plugged his device into my wheel-chair computer program port and told me that my wheelchair brakes had been dangerously turned down to fifteen percent. He then fixed it.But the problems of sabotage continued.During this time going back two and a half years now I was continuously in contact with Wendy Anderson assistant to the previous and present Minister of Health in Nova Scotia. I continued to be in contact with her and updating her as to what was going on. Alex wheelchair (04) Flipped backwards on acceleration and al-most killed me.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=torPt-X0vgsIn this post (below) you will hear my last conversation on the telephone with Hank of Home Safe Living about the danger-ous condition of my wheelchair suspension and drive motors and the messed up computer wheelchair controller settings making my chair very dangerous to use.I then contacted the service technician for HandiCare in Ontario. They had already been aware and seen my many Alex wheelchair reports on Youtube.I spoke with them and described the situation and condition of my wheelchair.About the controller settings. They told me that my chair should not be doing the dangerous things it was set up to do now. He said hte factory presets were set up to prevent the very dangerous things my motors were doing now. He understood and that my chair settings were dangerous and needed to be corrected. I told him that i could not get anyone to set them right.I asked if he could send me their ‘doggle’ a device that plugs into the chair’s computer circuit so that I could fix the settings. I asked him to send me the technicians manual for me to study to set the computer right. He emailed it to me.The doggle costs $500 and I could not get it. I asked Wendy Anderson if she could get someone to pay for it or if she could get Home Safe Living to lend me the one they took that was delivered with the chair. They refused to lend it to me.I then spoke with the technician in Toronto about the serious problems with the electric motor drives and how they were not functioning properly.He then told me that since I got my chair they have sent Home Safe Living thousands of dollars worth of parts and new mo-tors.He could not understand why would my chair be in such terrible condition especially considering this was a brand new chair when I received.I mentioned to him that i asked Francois the technician form Home Safe Living to come to my home where I went into the underground and showed him how horrible my chair was working after he had supposedly fixed it with all those new free parts the manufacturer sent to him.I parked my chair in a straight line then I asked Francois to watch what the chair was doing.I pushed the controller to full speed forward where the left wheel screeched and spun at full speed while the right wheel did nothing but stay locked and the chair never moved.I showed Francois many other serious and dangerous things the chair was doing.He then picked up the chair a few days later and never mentioned or fixed what I showed him.I got the chair back with nothing fixed and the receipt he gave mentioned nothing about why he had picked up my chair and

what he was supposed to fix.The technician in Ontario then suggested that the chair should be returned to them to be properly fixed.I mentioned this to Wendy Anderson and asked how that was going to be done and paid for etc.Now the conspirators had to come up with anew plan as they knew that if my chair made it back to Ontario there would now be a professional report available from the manufacturer as to what was done to my wheelchair.That is why I am now denied all servicing to my wheelchair and why the conspirators have made sure that none of the three shops in this town will service my chair.

He listened to me and took a close look at the hole I drilled about the chair being setup deliberately to flip backwards.see photos of his business card with Incident number 14-38810. After which he said he was going to contact me about lay-ing charges of criminal negligence. After which he never phoned me. So I telephoned the number on his business card and they told me he did not work at this number. Then after I could not find him. I told the Police officer that without a professional technician to speak on my behalf that it would be very unlikely that he could press criminal charges against these conspirators nor do an investigation.
