Attachment Two
Technical Specifications
A. The Sellers should provide a Quality Certificate to guarantee theproducts to be in according with published specifications andthe specifications in writing at time of contract, and guaranteebest materials and first rank workmanship for the purpose intended tobe used. Expecting the specifications stipulated in the Bulletin68G, Vulcan 560 steam hammer has the following characteristics:
1. Vulcan 560 was designed to the API regulations, is to be ableto operate at 300 blows per foot for five consecutive feet, or800 blows for one foot of penetration.
2. After preheating process, Vulcan 560 can be operated to drivepile at ambient temperature of -30°F.
3. The max. tilting angle that Vulcan 560 would be able to workis 45°.
B. The Sellers should provide a certification to prove the boilerwas builded under the inspection of U.S.C.G. inspector and guaran-tee the boiler to be suitable for marine usage.
1. After the power supply be modified into 380V, 3$, 50Hz,Johnston should properly select motors HP, transmissiondevice and control system in suitable manner to keep theboiler 535-AC rating output and characteristics illustratedin the Bulletin 509C-2.
2. Softener equipment is unnecessary for Johnston 535-AC firetube boiler according the feedwater quality, only a chemicalinjection water treatment is required, the boiler water limitsup to: ,
Total solids (ppm) 3500Alkalinity (total ppm) 700Suspended solids (ppm) 300Silica (ppm) 125
3. The working water level of 535-AC is satisfied for marine use.The distance from the top of fire tube to the bottom of glassis 3", the distance between the bottom of glass and high lowwater level is 1%", further have a 5-6" of water to the workingwater level so that 535-AC boiler has a working water level of9V - 10h" above the top of fire tube.

C. Five (5) sets of technical documentation will be submitted bySellers. The Sellers agree to send one complete set of docu-mentation to buyers within one month after signing the contract.
