MyBlueJays combines management of your tickets, eCash, and MyBlueJays points into one location so that your Blue Jays experience is more convenient than ever. Not only that, by doing the things you’ve always done, you can earn opportunities for unique, exclusive experiences. For example, by scanning your MyBlueJays Card/mobile Card when you enter Rogers Centre™ for a game, arriving early, or making an eCash purchase, you’ll earn points towards once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

MyBlueJays has a new look for the 2017 season! We wanted to make your experience even better than before, and make management of your eCash, points, and tickets more convenient than ever. The new MyBlueJays site is responsive, and can be viewed on multiple devices, adapting your view to the device you are using. Use your mobile phone or tablet to do things like topping-up eCash, playing Interactive Games like “Who’s Your Blue Jay?”, or redeeming Points, all in the same way that you would on your MyBlueJays home page on your computer.

MOBILE MYBLUEJAYS CARD:

If you are a 6 Game Pack Member, or if you prefer not to carry a Card with you, you can always use the mobile version of your MyBlueJays Card in the same way that you use your physical Card.

ToopenamobileversionofyourMyBlueJaysCard,simply opentheMLBBallparkApponyourmobilephone,andselect “MyBlueJaysLogIn”.Enteryourlogininformation,and select“MyBlueJaysCard”fromyourMyBlueJayshomepage. ThemobileversionofyourMyBlueJaysCardwillnowbe displayedasabarcode.Youcanusethemobileversion ofyourMyBlueJaysCardtoenterthestadium,check-inat theMyBlueJaysHeadquartersormakepurchasesthroughout thestadiumthesamewayyouwouldaphysicalCard.

When you attend games, simply scan your MyBlueJays Card/mobile Card at the gate to enter the stadium and enjoy the game. You will earn MyBlueJays points each time you enter using your MyBlueJays Card/mobile Card!

eCash will simplify your trip to Rogers Centre; you can now enter Rogers Centre and make food & beverage and Jays ShopTM purchases all with the same Card! eCash can be used to make purchases at all Jays Shop locations, and at all fixed concessions locations inside Rogers Centre. You will earn MyBlueJays points each time you use eCash to make a purchase!

LOADING ECASH:

To make a one-time addition of eCash to your MyBlueJays Card/mobile Card, select “eCash” from the menu bar on your MyBlueJays home page.

SETTING UP AUTO TOP-UP:

If you would like your eCash to be topped up automatically when your balance drops below a specified threshold, you can set up Auto Top-Up on your MyBlueJays home page. Select “eCash” from the menu bar on your MyBlueJays home page to view the Auto Top-Up set up option.

A few things to note regarding eCash:

•YouwillearnMyBlueJayspointsnotonlyforusingyour MyBlueJaysCard/mobileCardtopaywitheCash,butalso fortoppinguptheeCashonyourCard!

For example, you will earn points when you use your MyBlueJays Card/mobile Card to enter Rogers Centre. You will not earn points when using print-at-home tick-ets. MyBlueJays points can be redeemed for exclusive Reward items & experiences throughout the season.

HOW DO I KNOW HOW MANY POINTS I HAVE?

When you are logged in to MyBlueJays, you can see your points balance at the top of the page, along with your eCash balance. This will be updated throughout the season to reflect the points you have earned and redeemed.

GAMEDAY CHALLENGE

In addition to “Who’s Your Blue Jay?”, we want you to have the opportunity to answer questions about what you think might happen during the game that day! Prior to each game, visit MyBlueJays, and answer the Gameday Challenge questions for an opportunity earn additional MyBlueJays points!

AUCTIONS:

MyBlueJays Auctions are an opportunity to use your points to bid on exciting MyBlueJays experiences throughout the season! Beginning at the end of April, you can view current Auctions on your MyBlueJays page by selecting “Rewards” from the menu bar, and then selecting the “Auctions” tab.

MARKETPLACE:

MyBlueJays Marketplace items are “buy-it-now” Reward items with a set quantity available that will be placed on the Marketplace throughout the season. Beginning at the end of April, you can view current Marketplace Items on your MyBlueJays page by selecting “Rewards” from the menu bar, and then selecting the “Marketplace” tab.

DRAWS:

MyBlueJays Draws will run throughout the season and can include experiences, memorabilia or merchandise as prizes. Each draw will have specific rules regarding the number of points required per entry, number of entries permitted, and length of the draw entry period. Beginning at the end of April, you can view current Draws on your MyBlueJays page by selecting “Rewards” from the menu bar, and then selecting the “Draws” tab.

TICKET PARTNERS:

If you share your tickets regularly with specific friends or clients, we recommend that you designate them as your Ticket Partners.

WHO IS A TICKET PARTNER?

For the most part, your Ticket Partners will be people with whom you share the cost of your Season Tickets. That said, you can also designate people as Ticket Partners if they are important clients, if they are someone you give multiple games to, or if you want them to be able to manage their own eCash and earn their own points. There is no limit to the number of people you can designate as Ticket Partners.

Once a Ticket Partner has accepted your invitation to be a Ticket Partner, they will receive their own MyBlueJays Card by mail within 7-10 business days. When you transfer tickets to your Ticket Partners, they can load them onto their own MyBlueJays Card/mobile Card and use that to enter Rogers Centre when they come to games.

MYBLUEJAYS HEADQUARTERS

The MyBlueJays Headquarters is located at Section 135, near left field on the 100-Level. The Headquarters is a great place to meet with our MyBlueJays staff to ask questions, to pick up specified MyBlueJays Reward Items, and to enter our MyBlueJays Headquarters Homestand Check In Draws.

HOMESTAND CHECK IN DRAWS:

Each homestand, any MyBlueJays member who visits the Headquarters and scans their MyBlueJays Card/mobile Card at the check-in point will be automatically entered into a draw for that homestand’s prize. The upcoming prize for each homestand can be found on your MyBlueJays home page prior to the start of the homestand. Each member is eligible to enter every day of the homestand for more chances to win!

NEW THIS SEASON:

The first 12 times you check in at the MyBlueJays Headquarters, you will see a green check mark appear on your Headquarters Check In scorecard on your MyBlueJays account profile page. If you fill your score-card by the end of the season by checking in at least 12 times, you will be entered in our grand prize draw!
