The Tides is certainly on the rise and we couldn’t be more thankful to the local brokerage community for their role in this surge. Since 2013, there have been a total of 92 transactions at The Tides (as of May 1, 2015). And thus far, over 85% of the sales in Tides IV have come through brokers. This tells us two things; the brokerage community is excited and believes in the location and product, and whether they know it or not, most brokers probably have a Tides IV buyer in their database. Like most areas of Charleston, the sales momentum

has continued with three sales in Tides IV for the month of April. As of today, we have nine residences available in various locations, designs, and price points. Due to our progress

Tides IV Sales Update

New Construction To New Community Last month, several Tides IV owners gathered in our sales model to enjoy great food and wine supplied and prepared by local Charleston chef, Robert Cassi. Most importantly,

they started relationships that will expand as new owners join the group. By move-in next year, we expect everyone to know their neighbors.

construction standpoint. We are wrapping up the installation of 227 concrete and steel piles this week. The tower crane has been installed
