TimeManager™ General FeaturesTimeManager™ is a full-function Time & Billing system designed to be used simultaneously by one to 100 persons. It can be used on a single Windows or Macintosh computer or on a server as a client/server cloud enabled multi-user application. The program allows for hourly, flat fee and percent finished billing. Time-Manager™ produces reports on in-dividual timekeeper performance, as well as on total firm billing by client, matter, work group, territory, state, etc. It produces aged accounts re-ceivables, productivity reports, user history reports, client history reports, time analysis reports, overhead and budget reports and user customiz-able reports. TimeManager™ comes with a multi-level password protec-tion system so that users see only what they need to see. TimeMan-ager™ also comes with a built-in word processor and charting capabil-ity which can give you a whole new

perspective on your billing data. TimeManager™ has a sophisti-

cated import/export editor that can be used to export data from any of its database tables.

TimeManager™ uses an easy to use yet flexible setup application program that guides you through the process of enter-ing new slips. The application is easy to use so that new users may be trained in an hour.

The general search editor gives the user the ability to construct multi-level searches throughout the entire database. Using the search editor one can design dozens of dif-ferent types of searches and reports.

TimeManager™ can produce invoices on a single or multi-matter basis. The system also produces accounts receivable reports which can be used to improve cash flow controls thereby resulting in improved revenues.

Within TimeManager™ you can create thirty different types of charts by first searching on the required data and then by selecting which chart is needed.
