Antanas Sileika reads from Buying on Time, a humorous novel which traces the lives of a family of immigrants in Weston between the 1950’s

and 1970’s. It was nominated for both the City of Toronto Book Award and the Stephen Leacock Award for Humour.

Author, freelance broadcaster and journalist, Sileika is also the winner of

a National Magazine Award and the artistic director of the Humber School for Writers.
