Vehicle Tracker
How to Login and
Track your Vehicle(s)
1. Using a web browser go to our webpage
www.platinumsec.co.uk
2. Click on ‘Tracker’ in the header bar. Our Tracker Page will
now appear.
3. Click on the RED Login tab for vehicles with ‘Tracker
installed from 2016’. Our Secure Login Page will appear.
Enter your Username & Password provided by our company
upon installation.
If you can’t remember your login details, please email
our company at [email protected] and the
details will be emailed to you (during office hours).
4. The Tracker Map Screen will appear displaying your
vehicle(s) in real time.
To log and close the Tracking Service simply close the
browser window. You will be automatically logged out.

Mobile Phone App
Simply search and download the
app NeatGPS2.0 from the Apple
App Store or Google Play Store.
1. Open the App.
2. Enter your Username &
Password provided by our
company upon installation.
3. Tap ‘Sign In’
The Live Track Screen will
now appear displaying the
location of your vehicle(s)
in real time.
