Paul Eadie MBE is Paul ran a successful family business until its takeover in 1991. In 1994 he became the DTI Brazil Export Promoter and in the Millennium Honours list he was awarded an MBE for services to export to South America. Paul was engaged in January 2005 to act as Latin American Market Adviser to UKTI Northwest. Paul has led over 40 Trade Missions to Latin America, as well as at least 15 to Eastern Europe. Paul is consulted by SMEs across the UK and is frequently asked to speak at Seminars in all regions of England. Paul Eadie presidio una empresa familiar exitosa hasta su traspaso en 1991. Royston produce a range of engineered products from refined Lead.

Such products include construction materials, nuclear shielding for

the medical and energy sectors, ballast weight, corrosion protection

coatings and anode products used by mineral refiners in the mining

sector. The anode product has been developed over recent decades

and is a high value added item which sells globally on quality as well

as price.

Anodes produced for the mining sector are particularly relevant in

electro-winning of copper. Peru is a major copper producer (as is

Chile) and Colombia is also significant in the mining sector, yet we

have sold very little to the South American market in the last decade.

I would like to establish why and review whether there are

commercially viable ways to establish a long term presence.

El ánodo que hemos desarrollado en las últimas décadas es uno de nuestros productos más competitivos gracias a su alto valor agregado, calidad y precio. Actualmente se vende en todo el mundo. Los ánodos producidos para el sector minero son particularmente relevantes en electro-obtención de cobre. Perú y Colombia son importantes productores de cobre además de contar con importantes secotres mineros.
