Potato Pancakes

In Slovak kitchen is popular mainly pork, flour, potatoes, cabbage and milk products. One of the Slovak national dishes are potato pancakes. Fried Potato pancakes we also call Haruľa.

They are very easy to make and are super delicious. Try them today!

If you want to make them, you need:

Practice:

1.Finely chop the onion.

2.Clean potatoes, cut and mix with eggs.

3. Mixed potatoes put in a bowl and add salt, pepper and marjoram.

4. Add the flour and and mix it.

5. Fry pancakes in oil.

6. Fry the both sides until golden brown.
